They had minimal plus size items on the floor so I was surprised they weren't interested. They said might items were previous seasons. I came home and listed all 38 items on eBay. 5 have sold in a few days so I have a new option. While waiting to have my stuff reviewed I browsed the store, Because you can't make an appointment you just go in and 4 other people were waiting to have their clothing reviewed for purchase. I had a lot of time to browse. They have everything displayed nicely. They have a men's and women's area and lots of accessories including high end brands. They have lots of fitting rooms and a rewards program when you earn points based on what you spend. Their clothing price points were lower than I expected. Most things i liked were under $15. If you are under size 12 women's or a man this place is great for shopping, rather than selling.

When I went to pick up my suit, there was a HUGE STAIN ON the jacket. It was a brand new suit I had never worn The owner tried to blame it on me and say I was the one who got the stain on it. Explain to me how I could have gotten a stain on a brand new suit that did not fit me nor did I wear previously. I was so annoyed and frustrated I just left the place. Do not give this place your business. I wish the owner would have been honest and attempted to fix the stain that magically appeared there when I went to pick up my clothing. It was difficult for me to get an appointment, and at my appointment, the tailor seemed uninterested in some of the work I wanted done. As a result, I just focused on having her alter a double-breasted suit I just bought. I wear a lot of suits for work and have a sense of what needs to be done for them to fit me well. Everything I suggested received pushback. This sticks out in my mind because when I received the suit, it did not fit well, and I will have to pay another tailor hundreds of dollars to redo her work. The tailor insisted that I schedule a time to pick up my suit, but when I arrived, there was another customer there. And although the tailor asked that I schedule a pickup time so that I could try on my suit, when I arrived to a double-booked appointment, the tailor asked "if" I wanted to try on my suit. I said yes. The tailor never stepped away from the other customer to look at the fit or to ask how I liked her work. After spending $250, I was disappointed with the entire experience. There are some stellar reviews for this merchant, so I cannot say that my experience is indicative of this business's work. But if customer service, communication, and respect are important to you, mitigate your risks.

But yet the company makes and generates money, but it doesn't the residence into the employees that deserve it. The organization has recently switched CEOs and things there is only getting worse. People are getting fired there is declining and if you read the reviews not lying. And the HR manager is very rude and disrespectful and has no resolutions for your issues that you bring to her things really need to change for the better for the employees and for the residence.

The staff has been attentive and kind, we have always been kept informed of his health and other issues, and our visits have always been wonderful. There's a lot of unhappiness there, it's true. In a place like this, that's unavoidable. But the people who work there genuinely care. Again, I feel slightly aren't leaving this review and some people seem to have had very different experiences. And I don't know, maybe things are different outside of the areas for lifetime care of those with severe cases. All I can say is what I've seen and what I know, and I have seen wonderful people who do wonderful work.
