Very clean and tidy unlike other thrift stores in the area. Most items are organized neatly. Books are categorized. No dressing rooms.

They often have appliances in addition to lots of furniture, clothes, toys, and household goods. They have a lot of brand new things! I got two fantastic lamps new in the box for $10! They have great deals on paint for your house or crafting. I got a nice size jar of craft paint for under $20! I was surprised by the fantastic color choices too! They had new winter coats for $10 but only in a size medium. You just never know what you will find there! They always have new items at the end caps by the register or you can ask where more are. I also joined their fb page. They post brand new inventory photos when they get large shipments! Fantastic for buying for yourself or reselling! We are lucky to have this location. There are others as well. You just never know what you'll find.

It looks like a lot of people have been donating furniture. They have a lot of space displaying that. I digress. I like tchotchkes/ Knicknacks. And I like keeping my eyes peeled for little vases that way I can give them out as gifts if somebody's not feeling good or if they're feeling good and just need a little surprise. I was happy to see a Patrick Nagel picture here. ((It's very nostalgic for 80s lovers like me!! )

This location really should've been allowed to start a new Yelp page after they moved the store…read morefrom Langhorne to Fairless Hills, because I've seen so much improvement. I had been to the Langhorne store many times during the 9 or 10 years that it was there, and both the clothes and the customer service were spotty, at best. However, since they've moved the store to a much larger spot in Fairless Hills, I've seen vast improvements. First and foremost, their new location is at least triple the size of the old one. The aisles are spaced out and I don't feel like I'm right on top of other shoppers like I did at the old store. The new location is also more family friendly, as the aisles are now large enough to bring strollers down. Furthermore, it seems as though they are being more selective about the clothes and accessories that they buy, which is a good thing. At the old store, I often found clothes with stains, holes, or that just generally looked very worn. It appears that they donated many clothes before the move and also stockpiled new, name-brand items for awhile before the move, too, since most of their clothes now appear to be in good condition. In fact, during the opening weekend, I found many name-brand styles (Nike, VS Pink, American Eagle, etc.) that were New with tags still attached. Finally, their customer service has improved recently. The employees are much more upbeat and helpful than the ones of the past. Plato's, keep up the good work. You can only go up from here.

Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. It's okay if they don't purchase any of your clothes to…read moresell... but to steal stuff is something else. I came home to find an Eagles t-shirt missing and an Under Armour hoodie with tags.

It closes in an hour". So I carried all 4 bags back to my car. The worst part of all of this is the attitude that young lady had. I am a manager in retail and if I had an employee like her, she'd be fired the next day. In this business, the customer is always right. Not with this place! I'd give a 0 stars if I could! Update! I came back here because my wife wanted to sell clothes. Same four bags of clothes I was told to go through the whole Check in procedure. Then after being told to walk around while they took 15-20 mins to go through her stuff I did. After waiting a good 10 mins my name was called only to be told by the same bitchy young lady from yesterday "that they couldn't take any of my bags because of full inventory! Fuck this place! Again 0 stars, not 1. Very very disappointed that there no customer first mentality. They need a new manager if that's what that lady calls herself. Sorry excuse for a manager!

I brought items in prior to the store opening and was given a copy of the "contract" only upon coming in for my scheduled appointment with my items, which is fine, but the contract details apparently could not be shared prior to the appointment which was odd. Nevertheless, the issues began with scheduling when 1) the boutique and owner are unreachable via phone for any questions or scheduling inquiries and 2) my appointments kept on getting rescheduled which is not a great way to start off, especially with little to no notice. 3) most notably, I was a bit appalled by both some of the email and in person communication from the owner as though I "didn't belong" in the store when I was supporting business.. with inventory. I have consigned with other businesses around and if I am a consignor, I would think, as the business owner, there should be some level of courtesy/respect and gratitude as I would bring as well but there was minimal from her end. While I had items that sold, items ended up getting pulled from the shelves before the contract end and sat for weeks due to poor communication. I will not be returning here and with the experience I had, I highly do not recommend in order to save yourself a headache and inconvenience (or several). I think it's best to do business with those who are happy to work with you and that was not my experience here. I think there was a lack of competency and professionalism too. Good luck to this place though.
