My brother recommended Miller as he had been very satisfied with the work they did installing new rails and opener to his garage in Cranbury. Similarly to Carl B. who posted a review here, I did not have them actually work on my garage because I discussed with Miller what I had done to the door to trouble shoot it, and the gentleman said it was not the springs because they had not broken! He suggested I check my unit for force adjustments and if it did, to adjust the "up" one. Damned if that did not fix the issue! I also lubed the various parts and the unit is working just fine!
