A real predicament since our cars are on the inside and freedom is tantalizingly just beyond the metal barrier. Rather than contemplate slow starvation and an inexorable slide into cannibalism we got smart and reached out to Marty at Princeton Overhead Door. The man with a half century in the business was here in an hour and had the door fixed in a flash. A true (old school) professional in a time when that title has been seriously devalued. Thanks Marty. I don't think I'd dig being a cannibal, but maybe with a few fava beans and a nice Chianti I could be persuaded. An easy five stars.

A new Genie controller with all necessary hardware was installed. Additionally, he replaced our garage door springs which needed to be done. My background is technical in the electronics and computer fields which qualifies my comments here. My door and opener were back in action within a few hours of their arrival. The over all price was fair and the bottom line here is: Highly Recommended, I will use Guaranteed again for sure if ever needed.

Secondly, the overhead motor unit was missing the light bulb that came with the unit, he never installed it. The worst part of Scott's work was about clean up; he promised to take all of the parts from the old garage door, but instead, he left large pile of parts from the old garage door on the side of the house; rollers, parts of the track and cabling, he hid these under some plywood I had. Utterly disappointed.
