They took out my indoor opener, which had security options of turning on the light and locking the door, and replaced it with a simple button that only opens the door. They did not install any light bulbs in the unit, despite taking away my old opener with two working light bulbs. When we contacted the service, they claim they did nothing wrong. Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. We asked for Anthony to call us and explain; he did not have the courtesy to call us back. We kept getting excuses from there receptionist that he was busy!!
