The representative was very upfront (he'd never done one before) and was very cautious but meticulous, looking at templates that came with the cat door, measuring the garage door (which had structural ridges), etc. etc. He said, "I believe I can do it", and he did a GREAT job. And the cost was fantastic. I was shocked at the great price - usually contractors charge an arm and a leg. They came when they said they would, fixed our door and was very reasonable. Very pleasant and professional. They tested our door and all was good. The next day, the door would open but would not go down without holding the inside control button down. I called Nolze and explained the situation but had to leave a message.
