The Titan Garage Services representative arrived exactly on time. I was given reminders the day…read morebefore and when the rep was on the way. I had an unusual project, installing a cat flap into a steel door. I don't know of anyone who does this type of job on a regular basis. The representative was very upfront (he'd never done one before) and was very cautious but meticulous, looking at templates that came with the cat door, measuring the garage door (which had structural ridges), etc. etc. He said, "I believe I can do it", and he did a GREAT job. And the cost was fantastic. I was shocked at the great price - usually contractors charge an arm and a leg. He even did a lubrication of the hinges and springs on my 2 garage doors after installing the cat door. This place is great. I highly recommend them.

He could have easily told me I needed a brand-new garage door opener, but instead he was completely honest. The problem turned out to be nothing more than a simple screw adjustment, and he fixed it quickly. It's rare to find a company that values honesty and integrity over making a bigger sale. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Mike & Adel Garage Doors to anyone in need of garage door service. Secondly, the overhead motor unit was missing the light bulb that came with the unit, he never installed it. The worst part of Scott's work was about clean up; he promised to take all of the parts from the old garage door, but instead, he left large pile of parts from the old garage door on the side of the house; rollers, parts of the track and cabling, he hid these under some plywood I had. Utterly disappointed.
