The representative was very upfront (he'd never done one before) and was very cautious but meticulous, looking at templates that came with the cat door, measuring the garage door (which had structural ridges), etc. etc. He said, "I believe I can do it", and he did a GREAT job. And the cost was fantastic. I was shocked at the great price - usually contractors charge an arm and a leg. Ron always came to service my garage doors. On my last call,…read moreI had a garage door that needed to be straightened and a glass insert to be replaced. Ron came quickly and gave me an estimate to both replace the top section of the door and to straighten it along with a new glass insert. He also said he would perform the annual maintenance when he fixed the door. After finding out that the company no longer makes the style of door I have Ron came about two weeks later to straighten the door and replace the glass insert. As he replaced the glass and was re-installing the plastic holder, the glass broke again and he said he would come back to fix that along with perform the annual maintenance on my other doors. I had paid him in advance for these services. Despite multiple texts and his promise to come back, he never showed up. Ron never finished the repair, never performed the service maintenance and doesn't respond to my texts. Its been almost two weeks since the last text. I don't know what has happened to him. Hope he is okay but I was left with a still broken glass insert and no annual service. I got stuck!! No way to treat a retired veteran and a former customer! lcijr
