I had an unusual project, installing a cat flap into a steel door. I don't know of anyone who does this type of job on a regular basis. The representative was very upfront (he'd never done one before) and was very cautious but meticulous, looking at templates that came with the cat door, measuring the garage door (which had structural ridges), etc. etc. He said, "I believe I can do it", and he did a GREAT job. They came when they said they would, fixed our door and was very reasonable. Very pleasant and professional. They tested our door and all was good.
