Beautiful job. Prior to these windows being installed we had tremendous drafts and noise. These windows were sealed up so well and sized perfectly that neither is an issue anymore. We have been enjoying the winters so much more as we're not freezing all the time. Can't say enough good things about how happy we are with them. But that was more than 5 years ago and things seem to have gone very wrong since then. I had someone out to give an estimate for the replacement of two windows and a door. Not complicated. I didn't hear from them for 6 weeks. I then called and was told they were backed up and they would get it to me the next day. They didn't. I called again and got it a week later. The estimate was completely wrong. For one thing, it was for French doors instead of a single door. I don't understand how they could get that so wrong when an appraiser came out in person. I wrote back to tell them what was incorrect and to politely express disappointment. I received no reply at all. I'm done with them.

We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.

Arthur responded very quickly to my inquiry and requested pictures of the key to confirm whether the store can complete the service. I eventually took the key in and it was done within a few minutes. The store itself is by Washington Square park so it's super convenient to get to. 1/5 - Extremely poor quality and zero responsibility…read more I bought four interior doors about four years ago, and less than one month after installation they started swelling and breaking apart. This is not normal wear and tear -- it is clearly a defect caused by cheap materials and poor workmanship. I contacted Rosa immediately, multiple times, asking for help and a solution. I was completely ignored. No support, no inspection, no replacement, no accountability. Customer service was non-existent. Today, 2 out of the 4 doors are completely destroyed, despite being used in a normal indoor environment. Doors should last decades, not fail after a few weeks. This company sells low-quality products and then disappears when problems arise. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, and a waste of money. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.
