These guys showed me all their available cabinets and made a 3D design of my kitchen with cabinets and handles i like. I went ahead and ordered the cabinets, door handles and the very cool backsplash mosaic. I received the cabinets and they look awesome! My contractor is installing them as i am typing this review. I didn't hear from them for 6 weeks. I then called and was told they were backed up and they would get it to me the next day. They didn't. I called again and got it a week later. The estimate was completely wrong. For one thing, it was for French doors instead of a single door. I don't understand how they could get that so wrong when an appraiser came out in person. I wrote back to tell them what was incorrect and to politely express disappointment. I received no reply at all. I'm done with them.

Terrible customer service, I ended up calling discount bathroom vanities who were wayyy nicer and were able to sell me the same vanity that was supposedly discontinued!
