I recently had Fiberama come to my house to replace a panel of three doors on my balcony as well as a few windows throughout the house that were no longer working well. The doors to the balcony had started to rot due to poor calking. The damage was more extensive than I thought. John and his team were great. They recommended composite doors as well as installed a stainless steel sill underneath that would prevent the type of damage I experienced from happening again. The windows went in and are fully insulated and caulked. Very happy with the experience. The team came on time, worked all day, cleaned up, and was exceptionally professional and polite. I had them build an enclosure, mosquito nets, glass windows. Rooms come in two types: 3 seasons and 4 seasons (double the price and requires an insulated floor). The 3 season is made with a thin layer of aluminum. The only challenge I have is wind, it bends aluminum and makes a popping noise, can correct it myself. read more

Let me start off by saying I rarely write negative reviews only when I am really repulsed by the business that I want to warn people not to go there for business. I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! I got a screen room installed by Fiberama on Hylan Blvd. The actual room itself is nice but it has been leaking so bad! This is my third year with this problem and these people have come to my house FIVE TIMES and it has only gotten worse. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! The lady who answers the phone is rude all the time, they never call back and getting one of their guys to come to look at the screen room is impossible! I went back to the store and dealing with the manager They just used any excuse that they can think of and not taking any responsibility to fix it . We purchased 9 windows from Fiberama. Everyone was professional. They measured at least 3 times. The installation team led by Sal was great. The installation went smoothly. We have custom wood around each window and they were careful not to leave any scratches. The clean up was perfect. It's like they were not there when they left. Also, importantly the price was right compared to all the other vendors we sought estimates from. When we made the purchase, the windows were explained and demonstrated to us. Every step in this purchased exceeded the flimflam treatment we got from others who did not come close to the prices they advertised. Fiberama lived up to every representation they made. I had a pleasant experience with this company for storm doors and awnings. When i needed new windows i shopped around. Although they were a little more expensive, i stuck with them bc of prior experience. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Salesman was the owners son and promised the world. Screens on all windows didn't sit flush. Horrible communication. Very nasty and when i called the owner he wouldn't get on the phone. I had to call mfg to get service. To top it off, i just received my credit card bill. My contract states 1 price. I was billed almost $1,000. More. I will NEVER do business with these people again! Horrible experience! read more

I previously stated we had a wonderful experience with this business. Well we found they are using substandard caulk for window sealing once installed. We had a torrential rain one night and all the rain came pouring in around windows. We discovered how poor the caulk was and my husband had to purchase expensive caulking and some foam to shove into gaping crevices. Talk about reinstallation! Nice windows, nice capping, but poor finishing products from installers who are sloppy and slipshod and running to their next appointment. . read more

I had the pleasure of meeting wonderful and efficient people such as Iso from Hylan blvd Fiberama. My husband and I contracted with them to do 14 windows in our condo and the day of installation they came with 13 correct windows and one double hung that should have been a picture window. We called and they apologized and the second day of installation Iso came by with that picture window in his car for it to be installed. Very neat installation and very high quality windows and terrific customer service. I highly recommend them. And kudos especially to Iso! read more

They have installed a large bow window, a bedroom window and patio door in my home . The estimates that I received were informative and very reasonably priced. The skill of their installers were excellent . Their work was always done in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Anytime I had to call the store to ask a question the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no waiting on hold for long periods of time to speak to someone like at places such as Lowe's or Home Depot and being passed around to different representatives which is one of the benefits of using a small business such as this one.
