Tri-Star Construction has completed multiple projects for me over the past 16 years including roofing, siding, windows (basement and bay), doors (front entrance and storm), a small deck with stairs, and the installation of a replacement through-the-wall air conditioner. They have always been honest even when it means pointing out that work is unnecessary or should be put off until a later date. Moreover, their workers are highly skilled. I am quite picky and have been impressed with the way jobs are tackled and troubleshooting is carried out. It is obvious that the company's employees are both talented and experienced. I had my front door and side lites replaced with beautiful Provia doors, and new glossy white aluminum railings and a new bathroom window put in in the last month. They also replaced granite, remortered the front brick porch and created a new custom made surround for my new door entrance that will make my home worth much more at re-sale time. This company was the most professional company I have ever worked with. I have had experience with Tri Star back in 2014 when they renovated my bathroom completely . That did a great job . Now looking at my roof I will need a new one. I ask for them to come out and agreed to have a complete tear off. Was scheduled for 3 weeks , but an appointment became available and it was done this past week after 3 days of rain. The Workers are polite,friendly , knowledgeable, arrive on time. The office girls also keep in touch and are friendly. Max you have a wonderful business, which is hard to have today. Contacted Tri-Star Construction to replace our roof and gutters and to install attic stairs. Wayne came over to give us an estimate and we proceeded to have the work done. The workers were very professional and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the job from beginning to end. They cleaned up all the debris and arranged for it to be taken away. I would highly recommend them to family and friends should they consider doing any improvements to their home. I recently had a leaky roof and skylight and called Tri-Star Construction to take care of the problem and was very impressed with the level of service I received. There workmen came out accessed the issue and made the necessary repairs. However, after another heavy rainfall, I noted a small area that continued to leak I called to let them and they were very responsive in taking care of it. There workmen were very professional and left my property in the condition in which they found it, clean. Tri-Star was absolutely great! They replaced a slider door that we never used in over 25 years with a Lighted Bay Window, as well as changing the long windows on either side of our fireplace. Max was great to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The inside trim matched all my other existing woodwork perfectly. He also saw to it that the outside trim matched the cream color siding of our home. We could never be happier with his workers who were organized and very neat! Just had Tri-star construction replace 11 windows and replace aluminum capping on front and rear of house. Mike and Tito did great work and were polite and clean. The job was a large project and a lot of work. Mike and Tito worked all day never stopping or taking breaks. I had to beg them to eat lunch. The site was always clean and I live on a dead end and my neighbors were never inconvenienced. That alone is a big deal today. My neighbors have been asking me who did the work and a couple came down for business cards. I highly recommend them. read more
