At the end of each day, a thorough clean up took place and the plastic dust covers that had been disturbed were repositioned for the work to be done the following day. I did have a concern almost immediately after the roof was done. A team worker came out to take a look at the back of the roof that I specified, but I only know that by seeing his footage on my outdoor security cameras. He never rang my bell or followed up with me after his visit. Had he done that, maybe I would not have a concern now. I have had to escalate this to GAF to get them to come out and take a look and actually speak to me about what my problem is. I really don't want a problem with a leak to a brand new roof. If you call and ask them to get back to you, after the fact (it's only been a couple of months) that should not warrant the cold shoulder and non response to calls. I will update this the minute I understand how this company with a lot of day laborers "Stand Behind Their Work!"

I kind of wanted thought some things could have been done a little better. But overall besides letting my cat out the job was done nicely. I received a receipt for the first job with everything that was purchased and labor all broken down with all being pretty reasonable. The second job was done very quick and extremely sloppy with paint being dripped on doors and furniture. A ceiling fan was broken, a bed was broken and pieces of bed thrown out. I believe the second job I was overcharged a decent amount because I never received a receipt for anything bought or done! As much as I like Billy I think he should check on the work his guys do a little better. He seems to be taking on too much work before his other jobs are complete and tries to rush through things to get to next job. I don't think I would ever hire them again or recommend them to anyone else. I would be very wary if you are looking to hire.

The work was undertaken without a formal written estimate, and a receipt for payment was not obtained because Brad said he does not carry receipts with him. Brad made unfavorable remarks (siding/windows) about the work performed by others rather than focusing on giving me an estimate. The siding was replaced 25 years ago, without a problem until now. When my roof and siding need to be replaced, there's no way I would consider Brad. If you value clear communication and honesty, do not hire Brad.
