I purchased a sofa cleaning on groupon and then waited 2 weeks to be scheduled for a date. The cleaner arrived over an hour late with a broken vacuum, he barely did half and said he should come another day since the nozzle broke, we then made 3 more appointments and they did not show up to any of them! when we called each time they just said we were on standby and they would try to reschedule, they wasted our time and made us wait all day. I made the mistake of attempting to check this service out for some upholstery cleaning. They were never able to obtain the COI paperwork my building required. They kept telling me they were going to get it for over a week and then nothing. I paid in advance and now I'm chasing down a refund. This company is a complete joke. I'd advise anyone looking to hire them to read Yelp's recent filtered reviews for some real insight. Take note that most of their 5 star reviews seem to be from fake profiles and/or people not even inside their service area (a user from Nashville, TN leaving them a 5 star review? Seems legit!). This is not a reputable company so please do not waste your time or money. I'll let my pictures speak for themselves. Before thinking about hiring them, ask yourself if you would be happy to come home to that after paying someone to clean your house. I hired them to clean my home while I was out of town and ended up spending an entire day cleaning everything they did not do after paying them $220 + a $40 tip. Everything that is supposed to be done for a basic home cleaning was not. The inside and outside of my microwave & toaster oven were still dirty as were my coffee pot and tea kettle. The top of my dresser was not cleaned. The books on my nightstand, everything on my make-up vanity, the shoes in my closet and several other things were in the same exact position as I left them because they did not move one thing to clean, simply cleaned AROUND everything if they even cleaned the area at all. My make-up vanity wasn't even touched; there were still marks on the mirror and the glass that were there when I left. The shelves in my closets weren't even wiped down with a simple cloth or paper towel. They didn't vacuum or dust underneath my bed or on the tops of the doors & window frames. The windowsill in my bathroom was left covered in dirt. They didn't even make my bed!! I honestly don't know what they DID do aside from possibly vacuum and mop my already clean floors, but that certainly was not the service I paid for. When I contacted them about the toaster oven and microwave not even being touched, I was told that was an add-on and was not included in my cleaning. Upon looking at their website, I found WIPE DOWN ALL APPLIANCES & SURFACES, WINDOW SILL CLEANING and MAKE ALL BEDS are included in the basic home cleaning, none of which were done in my cleaning. I was completely ignored when I mentioned all the other parts of the basic home cleaning that were missed. Absolutely nothing was done on their part to attempt to make this right. I was also told the price was a $202.50 flat rate but my credit card was charged $220.47. If you were going to charge an additional fee for tax and not include it in the flat rate you quoted me, I should have been informed. This company wants to nickel & dime you and tell you everything is an add-on while doing a crummy job and claiming their employee completed tasks that they did not. They took their time, we're extremely neat with setup and clean up. The couch really looked new after they finished. I was contemplating getting new seating.... No need to now. read more

Have nothing but great things to say about the guys from 4 elements. We were in desperate need of a deep clean after moving out of our old apartment and they did a phenomenal job. They went out of their to take safety precautions, including wearing masks during the entire cleaning and were meticulous in terms of detail. Certainly not easy during the middle of July! Today was the first day we used 4 element cleaning. We both work 2 jobs and have no time, so we needed someone to do the cleaning we can't get to. I will 1000% use them from now on. The two men that were here were professional, kind, polite and did an amazing job. They were on time and spent a good amount of time in each room. My roommate and I couldn't be happier. Homeowners beware! They are not a real cleaning company. We hired them to deep clean a brownstone prior to moving in. 2 guys showed up with 2 rolls of paper towels and zero cleaning supplies. When I asked where the supplies were they keep assuring me they were coming with a 3rd guy. They proceeded to clean the house (3 floors) with some old dollar store windex and Murphy's oil soap they found in the house somewhere. I had to keep pointing out obvious dirty spots for them to revisit. A 3rd guy finally showed midday with a mop bucket and the machine to polish the kitchen tiles- which is the only thing i am satisfied with. When we moved in yesterday I was able to inspect the house closer while I was trying to unpack the kitchen items only to find I had to clean the kitchen myself because of the disgusting state it was left in. I totally regret not doing a more thorough job before they left- because if I had they would not have gotten paid until it was fixed! This was our first time hiring a cleaning company, but I could have easily done a better job myself (and ended up doing a better job in the end)- and only invested in the service so I could focus on settled my family into our new home without the headache. Totally waste of money, and a day worth of my own time doing the work I paid them to do for me. read more
