I tried On Demand and the cleaning was great. The cleaner was thorough and she made sure to ask if…read morethere was anything in particular I wanted taken care of. She checked in with me before she finished to make sure I was happy with the level of clean. My apartment was sparkly clean when she left. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is that I on the morning I was originally scheduled to have a cleaning, the company let me know that the person who was supposed to come called in sick and they were going to have to send someone 3 hours later. Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. Once someone was finally in the apartment, they did a great job.

PREVIOUS POST (before they no-showed a second time and failed to issue the refund they promised) I've used this service 3 times now. They do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

After moving out, I had to have the house cleaned to put it up for sale. Gerardo wanted to come…read moreover to look at the place, ask me what I wanted done before he could quote me a price. I found this much more professional over those that gave me a quote over the phone just based on square feet and number of rooms but not a firm price. He gave me a fair quote and said he would come with 5 people and would take 7 hours. I inherited the house after my mother passed away and it needed quite a bit of cleaning. My real estate broker met the crew as I was not able to be present. The crew came on time and finished as promised. The broker raved about the job done! She said they even moved the oven to thoroughly clean the place. The price quoted was what I paid. Gerardo kept in touch all along and was quick to reply to queries. I would heartily recommend him. Just be aware that credit cards are not accepted but Zelle or Venmo works, as well as checks (if one can be present).

BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will go…read morein chronological order, this was less than a two year period with the company: 1. They said they use their own cleaning products. Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. The woman that was in charge and agreed to biweekly payment was fired sometime later. 3. There was damage to wood around my bed. I reported it but decided not to do anything about it. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. I had to defend myself and explain that I would never blame them for anything they did not do. This was very invasive and uncalled for. In the end they paid for item after basically harassing me. 6. When I couldn't accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract. THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. 7. The last time at my home they also did damage to my wall next to an outlet. I did not even bother reporting this, as it was their last time at my home. See pic. I hope this helps anybody who wants to work with this company.

Okay it seems like with Cleaning Day it's really luck of the draw. The cleaners aren't branded with…read morelogos or t shirts or supplies in any way - just a random person showing up with their own cleaning supplies. We got lucky w Alejandro! He was super nice and despite a language barrier we were able to discuss what I needed cleaned. It was slightly annoying to me that Cleaning day did not give him all of the details though. I don't think I should have had to explain things but alas, the clean he did was great!! Really the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bc it seems rly up to chance, the communication from the company feels extremely lacking and there's no support for a language barrier. There were a few miscommunications also (which again was NO fault of Alejandro's!). The price felt like I underpaid for the kitchen clean but overpaid for the bedroom - it was tough to know what to expect based on the website and not being able to totally communicate with the cleaner they sent (and I know they have bilingual staff bc someone called me as the cleaner was having an issue getting into my building.) Overall I might book again, but I'd know I need to be home for the entire cleaning so I am able to communicate various things the cleaner wasn't told. Which is sort of annoying to know that for the several hours a cleaner is there, I also have to be. I'd probably use this service again! But just have realistic expectations of what the process will look like to get you your beautifully cleaned home!
