She told me what she needs and showed up on time the next morning. She gave me a very good price and finished significant works for the 3 story brownstone plus basement within a day. Now it finally looks like ready to move-in condition. We gave her money before she finished up, but she stayed until all the works done based on her standard. I am very happy the services I got from her. She is very responsible and friendly to work with. You will feel she does care about what she is doing. Great experience!!

They get a second star because they cleaned the carpet in my apartment…read more Everything else about the experience was awful. The cleaner said he would call "15-30 minutes" before his arrival. He did not. My girlfriend was on a conference call, and it took her a minute to gracefully step out. The cleaner berated her (while she was on the phone with me) for taking too long. Then, he made *her* move much of the furniture in the room herself. Once she completed the manual labor, he took approximately 30 minutes to clean my 12x12 living room, and my 4x4 hallway carpet. And then presented her with a bill for $225.00. We had a sick cat, and the carpet needed to be cleaned before we had company come over. But I will never, ever use this company again. For the exorbitant price we paid, we deserved far more than rudeness, condescension, and laziness. Stay away from this company.

I really liked how easy it was to schedule a cleaning through their website. The home cleaning professionals that they have sent were timely and efficient, they have arrived right at the start of their arrival window. The deep clean itself was very thorough. The girls came and made the whole place sparkle. I also appreciated all the email and text message conformations and reminders that I have received from them the day before the cleaning. I have to say that this is a high quality maid service and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Anyone ever dealt with a contractor, Master K Contracting at 1132 38th St, Brooklyn, NY 11218. Tell…read moreme how they have 15 ratings, all 5 stars out of 5, nevermind I know. It was work for my 80 year old mom's place. -They wanted cash all up front before they even began - that will never happen. -Then they stopped in the middle of the job to start another job next door. -The did the area in front of the house cross wise so the water gets trapped from rolling down towards the street. -They were supposed to remove the fence and put it back in as the cement was setting - didn't happen, and as you see the fire hydrant .. that was what the base of the fence looked like including the air duct that goes to her basement. -They placed lumber down on the wet cement to walk across but it was not raised so now there are indentations of the lumber where the cement is. -There is most likely my mom didn't tell me about or I forgot but the one thing I do remember is they asked her to tip each of the workers, and told her how much to give them - don't they pay their workers? Well maybe they don't deserve to be paid after seeing their lack of skill, sloppy work, disregard for doing what they are paid to do correctly, and cheating a customer by NOT doing what they said they were going to do and then asking for the customer to supplement their wages! You can decide for yourself if these are the type of characters you would invite to work on your home or your parents' home. This is clear that those reviews you see online, mean NOTHING! If I had been around they would be on their hands and knees fixing it until their fingers bled. Beware of any business having a perfect score of rave reviews. We can always strive to be better and mess up sometimes but this seems to be ingrained in their DNA to be sloppy and own a distain for its customers.

Their rare (and much-respected) level of work ethic and integrity is so extremely difficult to experience in today's world. I am forever grateful to them. I dont think I ever cared for an apartment I lived in with thoughtful detail and professional organization. My apartment has turned into something else I thought would be beyond impossible. It has taken me a while to adjust and get used to everything being in order and in its place, but I'm slowly adjusting and enjoying the new open spaces. I must be honest and say, I didn't think they would pull it off. The dump of an apartment I lived in was so far gone, I THOUGHT it was beyond repair!! The Clutterless Company is truly the best. Working with them has been an amazing pleasure. I enthusiastically recommend The Clutterless Company to those who need professional-level organizing or decluttering for their home.
