I've been using Brooklyn Cleaning Services for about a year now, and they've consistently exceeded my expectations. I first hired them for a deep-cleaning, and they did such an incredible job that I decided to stick with them for regular cleanings--and I haven't looked back since. They're always punctual, efficient, and extremely respectful of my home and space. Whether it's a deep clean or a routine visit, they come in ready to work and leave everything spotless. They pay attention to the details: baseboards, behind furniture, inside appliances--you name it, they've tackled it. Their deep-clean left my apartment looking and feeling like new, and their regular cleanings help maintain that freshness. What I love most is their consistency and reliability. They're easy to communicate with, flexible with scheduling when needed, and they always follow through. No drama, no rescheduling headaches--just great service from people who take pride in their work. Even if there maybe a language barrier with the cleaner, it really isn't a true barrier. Noza is one my favorite cleaners. She is from Uzbekistan and when she needed to communicate with me but didn't always have the English words, she would use a translator. She is sweet and a hard worker. If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional cleaning service in Brooklyn--especially for both deep-cleaning and regular upkeep--I highly recommend Brooklyn Cleaning Services. They've made my life easier and my home cleaner, and I'm grateful to have found them read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this company, both in the quality of their service and, more concerningly, their lack of professionalism and accountability when confronted with a problem. I hired this company for cleaning services, and before the team arrived, I explicitly communicated that my hardwood floors had been refinished less than 48 hours earlier. Despite this, the team proceeded to wet-mop the floors. Newly refinished floors require special care during the initial curing period, and wet cleaning should be avoided. The premature exposure to water compromised the finish and resulted in additional work being necessary to address the floors. As a result, I incurred approximately $1,000 in additional flooring repair costs. I provided the company with the repair invoice and made what I considered to be a very reasonable request: a partial refund of the cleaning fee, rather than asking them to cover the cost of the repairs. What was particularly troubling was the company's response. When I raised the issue, I was initially told that the team had only used a damp cloth. This was simply not true. I personally witnessed the team using a wet mop. Rather than acknowledge the discrepancy or make any effort to resolve the situation fairly, management doubled down on denying responsibility and refused even a partial reimbursement. Mistakes can happen in any service business. What distinguishes a reputable company is how it handles those mistakes. In this case, I experienced a lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care. To me, refusing to take any responsibility after being made aware of the circumstances, particularly when the customer has incurred significant additional costs, is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's business practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company, particularly if you have delicate surfaces, newly refinished floors, or other areas requiring specialized care. My experience was not simply a disappointing cleaning service; it was an equally disappointing experience with the company's ethics and treatment of a customer. read more

I just have to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the amazing cleaning service I received. Being 7 months pregnant, it's been getting harder to keep up with everything, and they truly came through when I needed it most. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every little detail. Walking into a clean, fresh space lifted such a weight off my shoulders. It's more than just cleaning--it gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus on my health and my baby. I'm beyond thankful for their help and kindness. Booked a "deep cleaning" for 3 hours and it was a complete joke. I had to point out multiple missed areas during the cleaning and even explain how to dust. Two days later, I'm still finding things they didn't do that were clearly included. They asked for extra time but still didn't finish. Checked my camera footage--couch steaming was barely done (two decorative pillows and half a chaise, that's it). They also refused to wipe blinds with a bizarre excuse, which I've never heard before. On top of that, they broke one of my plants. Found them through Instagram--don't make the same mistake. They offered me $20 toward a future service. Keep it. Total waste of money. read more

great service. really professional and efficient. Would hire again. They helped cleanup after some construction in our bathroom.

Amazing service. The pictures don't do it justice because I don't have before pictures but imagine the messiest kitchen and fridge ever that they turned into a sparkling place it was a pleasure to cook in. Will definitely be using them again. Extremely hard workers. Very nice ladies. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Two cleaning ladies came and took 3 hours to just leave the house incomplete and not cleaned properly. The house was not cleaned properly as pictures were taken of proof and sent after cleaning was finished. When we spoke to the manager, they refused to finish cleaning the house specially the second floor as the lady said " she has to go to Brooklyn" and the house will take longer to complete. Mind you, we have had past cleaning services done who have never taken 3 HOURS, to complete our house. The reviews are right! Never hire this company again read more

On google, these people have good reviews. HOW??? I must be their least lucky customer ever!! I was taken. This service was atrocious. Low quality work. Far too expensive at just under five-hundred. I was offered a 25 dollar refund or one hour of free cleaning to make up for the fact that they did not finish after five hours AND they broke the screen on my Amazon echo show. (I was told via text that it was broken before they came - so I was lying.) They told me the everything was done and then I pointed out several things they didn't do - then she said they didn't have enough time. So she was lying. ----------- addition... LESS THAN ONE HOUR AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW... I was contacted by this company. After I was called a liar several times, I was sent this message: "We appreciate your business. If you have any more complaints, feel free to file a legal complaint." read more

They were an hour late; steaming sofa was part of the price and was not included, mopping was part of the deal and was not done. The took 1.5 hours in a minuscule bathroom so they could ask for more time and upsell. Didn't even do the minimum like clean the dining table. A SCAM!!!! Waste of time and money. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THIEVES! read more

What a wonderful service I found to clean my mother's house while she was in the a nursing and rehabilitation center after suffering from blood poisoning. To say that the house was in disarray is putting it mildly but Brooklyn Cleaning Services came through along with Sarah and Dora in putting back together a home that was thrown apart. Speedy and Diligent, very polite and courteous at all times I'm going to post here BEFORE and AFTER. My Mom sadly for a long time was falling apart and wouldn't let anyone to see any of this and now she gets to come home to a place she can call a home. I would highly recommend them and they give a more than fair estimate for their time and their work. They come with everything and are prepared to work. Thank you so much for your work, your kindness and not being judgmental in the mess and dirt. read more

Oh my Goodness, I had the opportunity of using the cleaning services of BCS this pass week and their services was outstanding. The cleaning crew was very detailed in their assignment, I didn't need to direct them with anything as they took care of each thing which was discuss before I decided to use this company for my cleaning needs. If you're looking to hire a trustworthy, punctual and fair pricing company, then Brooklyn Cleaning Services is who you should hire. Am definitely going to use their services again.  Fyi, I live in the Brownsville area of Brownsville and the service that area too of Brooklyn as well. I scheduled a cleaner for a small bathroom deep clean. The woman who was sent did not speak a word of English, stood there for a few minutes, made some phone calls, then began to walk out of apartment without cleaning and gave no explanation. I called the main office and was told I would be called back and given an explanation as to what just happened. After about 10 mins of no call back and not knowing what was going on I called again and was told that the woman felt uncomfortable in my apartment and was afraid for her safety with myself and my elderly disabled 80 year old father in the other room. This was the second time I had hired this service and the first time, they showed up without enough supplies (I had to provide them) and the bathroom was not cleaned completely. Avoid this service at all costs. read more

: Misleading Services - Not What Was Promised in the Contract I hired Brooklyn Cleaning Services Inc. based on the package they advertised and the details outlined in our contract, but unfortunately, the service I received was nowhere near what was promised. From the beginning, the communication was unclear. The package I selected included deep cleaning of kitchen appliances, baseboards, and windows, but none of those were properly addressed. The cleaners were in and out in under two hours for a service that was supposed to be much more thorough. I even double-checked the contract to make sure I wasn't mistaken--but everything I expected was clearly listed. I even paid an additional payment for more time. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was met with vague responses and no accountability. They claimed the job was "up to standard" despite clear evidence that it wasn't--uncleand fridge, cupboards on the inside, stove top, sides of the stove etc. It's disappointing to feel like I was sold one thing and delivered something completely different. I understand that every job can have hiccups, but the lack of follow-through and unwillingness to make it right tells me this is not a service I can recommend. If you're considering this company, I'd strongly suggest asking for very specific written confirmation of exactly what will be done, and don't rely solely on their advertised packages and be present. read more

I requested a 3hr basic deep clean and was left feeling unsatisfied. I was assigned two cleaners, who were not identified until the day of the cleaning. Obviously kind-mannered people, but seemed a bit lost or unprepared in terms of how to navigate how the cleaning went. To elaborate, I think this was management's responsibility from the moment I booked. I requested that the basic deep clean start in specific rooms and elements (such as dusting baseboards). When booking, management accepted the request. Overall, it did not translate to the day of the cleaning. I will also add I ended up communicating with someone entirely different on the day as I reached out to specify my needs, after also clarifying to the cleaning team myself (and I couldn't do so in their native language unfortunately). bottom line: - They don't allot enough time ( 3 hours ) for a "deep cleaning" as advertised - which feels like false advertising .. they add a clause that if they won't be able to get all of it done in time they will ask for additional time at additional charge. - I doubted the cleaners ability to effectively clean due to lack of prep from management, and again squeezing cleaning in 3 hours. - I'm unsatisfied with how much they charge for the service I received compared to the advertising I "fell for". read more

Best cleaning service in Brooklyn! Excellent work and very meticulous. Very reasonable rates, too! Highly recommended.

Today is my first time using Brooklyn Cleaning and it was the best decision I made. My house looks brand new!!! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend. I can't wait for my family to come home and see how clean everything is. So grateful to have found them. Communication was great from the start. The ladies that came were so nice and really did their thing! Can't praise this company enough. read more

Used this service about 2-3 years ago and it was great and even recommended them to a few others in between that time. I used it today. I paid $315 for 2 people for a "deep cleaning". This included the kitchen appliances, floors, baseboards, organizing, etc. for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. The two ladies were nice, but I paid $315 for them to clean half my kitchen and complain about washing dishes because it wasn't part of their "deep clean" (even though you see this on their instagram) and they sort of cleaned my bathroom. They offered an additional 30 minutes to complete barely any of the job and a $20 off coupon for the future. Unfortunately, I will not recommend using them for anyone and I will not use this service again. 2 people at 50 dollars an hour each, should have gotten a lot more done, especially based on the "contract" and "advertisements" that are posted. It's almost like they expect your house to be clean before they get there to just re-clean a clean space. Then what is the purpose of a "deep clean" or an expensive cleaning service. Advice for others, go elsewhere and find somewhere cheaper that will actually ge the job you are looking for done for less money or the same. read more

It was my first time using this company and I was blown away. I have been so tired lately and I needed a little help, so I ordered a 3 hour deep cleaning. Anastasia, Igor and Dildora did an excellent job (I hope that I got everyone's name correct). I have a kitty, so I was worried and about the cat hair, and there was quite of bit of dust. My home feel light and airy now. My kitchen appliances look like new again. I also love the way the items were organized after being cleaned. My family and I are very happy with the service, I would definitely recommend and I will utilize their services again. read more

Brooklyn Cleaning service delivered outstanding results cleaning my mother's apartment, keeping me updated every step of the way.

Awful service. The cleaners spent most of the time on their phones, brought unprofessional equipment, and after 20 minutes of doing nothing they asked for extra time. I'm very meticulous about how I clean my home and have been looking for a service that meets my expectations for years. Previously, I've had to clean my bathroom again or re-mop my floors (because I don't want to see any streaks) after cleaners have left. I'm so grateful to have come across Brooklyn Cleaning on social media and then lucky to have taken a chance on them. I first used them in the summer of last year and didn't expect too much. But in the deep cleaning, Dora and Noila followed all my requests and even more. They dusted and sanitized every where including door knobs and light switches as I had asked. I knew the service was exceptional when they cleaned the yellow leaves off my plants, dusted the top of hanging photo frames (who does that?!), and even moved my very heavy tempurpedic bed to clean behind the headboard. Again, all without asking. I usually call BCS for a deep cleaning every 3 months and each time is just as good. My friends who are as picky as me have also used this service and are so happy with the ladies. They are respectful, kind, and so thorough in their work. I think their cost is reasonable given this is laborious work. read more

These ladies are very professional and great at what they do. They are kind and get the job done thoroughly. Everything looks squeaky clean like brand new. I'm so amazed and I plan to book them regularly for a deep cleaning about once every 3 months and probably a regular cleaning once a month. Book them, their the best you don't need the rest. read more
