I had a deep clean from Diamond Maids in my very difficult to clean loft-style apartment (that has two big ol' cats in it). I wish mere words could capture the amazing job they did. They went above and beyond, leaving my roommates and I stunned with the results. I will never hire another cleaning service again in my mortal life. I spent 45 minutes yesterday openly crying on the M train while looking out the windows and gazing upon this filthy city. But lo, they were tears of joy, tears from thinking about the happiness I felt when I saw that the extremely attentive and talented women from Diamond Maids had cleaned our entire fridge and also somehow managed to remove every strand of cat hair from every surface. I feel sincerely sorry for anyone who mistakenly chooses any other cleaning service... if they only knew the kind of service they were missing out on! The calamity! The ignorance in such a choice! I cringe as I type. Thankfully, I made the only right decision the first time and went with Diamond Maids. Diamond Maids is fantastic! The owner, Karolina, really cares about customer satisfaction. She's great about following up to make sure everything is exactly how you like it. I've tried a couple of other cleaning services and always felt like it just wasn't worth the expense, but Diamond Maids is different. After their first deep clean, I realized I'd hired a team with a PhD in clean. Seriously, they cleaned air vents and blinds in ways I'd never seen. Everything was spotless! When I met Karolina and her team, I gave her a set of keys and told her I didn't want to think about cleaning ever again. And I haven't! They have a super user-friendly online portal, where I can pay, tip, reschedule, and add on services. The ladies also love my dog, which is another huge relief! Excellent, prompt, reliable and professional service! I have used Diamond Maids to clean our second floor apartment and they did an impeccable job! My brother in law lives in the apartment so its your typical "man cave" that was in need of some cleaning and dusting. I stressed to them that he was very wary of having the service done. Diamond Maids listened so closely to hear exactly what and how I wanted things to be done, as I was overseeing the job. I specifically stressed to them to not touch a certain area of the kitchen that holds important papers and documents and they followed directions perfectly. I have been using Diamond Maids for a few months now and i have to say i am very happy with the service. The 1st appointment i had one of the owners herself came along with another team member, i have a small one bedroom and they cleaned every room very well. They did all areas that i asked to work on more in details like for example the floors or the bathroom. Time to time i would call ahead and let them know what to focus on for the next cleaning and they deliver. I love that the girls are friendly and nice. I have asked them to use a different homemade cleaner that i provided for my daughters play area and they remember to use it every time .They can hold a conversation and still get the work done. As someone who had never hired a cleaning service before I was hesitant and unsure of how to go about getting a service that was not only affordable but stupendous. After doing my due diligence I settled on diamond maids and was super glad that I did. Karolina was wonderful and incredibly detail oriented. She cleaned things I never even thought to clean myself, even dusted every bottle on my liquor shelf! The bathroom was spotless and the tub a bright white factory new! I always assumed it was just off white. Karolina was wonderful with my dog ansel and spent time letting him watch her clean in between pettings. I am so happy with the job that Diamond Maids did with my 1 bedroom apt. I was hosting a very important person at my place and had recently had a mouse problem (mice in my oven! Horrible!) and I was very nervous about hosting. Diamond Maids were able to come (booked them 2 days before the cleaning) and I had 3 people cleaning my place all at the same time! Diamond Maids did a fantastic job, leaving the house sparking! The biggest thing that caught my eye were how shiny the mirrors and windows were, and the lights are brighter in all the rooms, which means they cleaned all the bulbs - nice attention to detail. The girls were very friendly and arrived on time. One of the owners came too, which was special. They bring all of their own equipment and even offer to change the sheets. They called me as soon as they were done. Overall from booking to delivery, they were great to work with. The owner came to the apartment with two maids. They did an amazing job. I got a deep cleaning for a 1br with a dog, and I was really impressed with how thorough they were and how spotless the apartment was when they were done.
