A business associate gave me the heads up about a new cleaning service that he recently used called ,"CrazyClean". I liked the name!!! So I booked an appointment to have my home office deep cleaned and the rest of my home given a general cleaning& tidy up. What a Great Experience. Can't recommend this place. Please please don't hire these people unless you want to waste your time. They told us they were coming at 12pm and they didn't show up until 3pm. We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. They worked until 9pm when we have to be up at 4am for work so this was way too late for us. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. The cleaners were late, and their English left something to be desired, but once they got there, they did a thorough job. I got a discount voucher through yelp, but beware, while the voucher gives a discount for _one hour_, the company requires payment for a _two-hour_ minimum. Plus unless you are something that will probably get flagged by whatever AI software they are using that makes it impossible for me to make any changes in the sentences I typed which preceded this one, tip your cleaners! read more

Omg... they did such an amazing job on my deep clean service. They didn't miss a corner and even organized my closet. I am so grateful for the service that was performed. And it was fast . They arrived at 9 AM and left at 12 PM! I will definitely be using their services again. read more

Our grill needed a major cleaning so I contacted Crazy Clean and made an appointment, the day of the appointment 2 people came to do the job and they were exactly on time and started right away. In the end they did a phenomenal job cleaning the grill and they also power washed all the dirt and grease from the grill that fell on the floor. They were awesome! I called several companies and they were by far the nicest and most professional. They were "real people". We recently renovated our house and they can to clean so we can move in. When I walked into the house I wanted to cry. The floors were sparkling. The literally cleaned every nook and cranny. I would recommend this company to everyone! Maria and Maria were great at providing a deep clean this past weekend at our home. They worked hard at cleaning everything we asked for. They are very pleasant to have around and pay close attention to detail. Any other time I have tried to have someone clean our home (about 4 times in total), once they left, I always found numerous things that had not been cleaned properly. After two days, I have yet to find one thing that I was unhappy with. I hope to set a base price with them to be able to keep using their services on a monthly basis. read more

I've been using Crazy Clean services for the past 3 years. They have been handling my seasonal opening and closing of my yard. They take care of everything from power washing my property, patio furniture, including cleaning my grill (which by the way always looks brand new when they are done) cleaning my windows as well as setting up my outdoor furniture too. At the end of the summer, they take care of everything that needs to be done to winterize my yard. Not to mention that they come throughout the year to clean my gutters and dryer vents. My house got flooded by rainstorms and my floors and sheetrock had to be removed and replaced. I was out of my home until it was finally repaired. Needless to say upon repair completion my house had construction dust, wood dust,dirt,paint, etc.. ALL OVER. I was devastated I called several cleaning svcs and the most responsive was Crazy Clean they immediately came to the house and evaluated the situation. Not only was this company fast in responding and professional they were very CARING.They felt my anguish and assured me they would take care of everything and bring my house to the way it was. These girls clean and moved furniture to where it belonged.They were incredible.They delivered on their words and I was finally happy to see how CLEAN the house was.
