My apartment was already clean to begin with, but they took it to a whole new level. They were very efficient, and quick but thorough. The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.

One was an admin staff and the other was the cleaning lady. Upon entering my apartment, they can see why I had to hire a 3-hour cleaning service for my tiny one-bedroom apartment; it was messy even for my standards. After leaving a $40 tip (20%) in a sealed envelope for the cleaning lady, I left the apartment so I wouldn't be in the way. Upon my return to the apartment, I was completely surprised at my apartment's NON-transformation. To be completely fair, I do notice a difference in the bathroom, and I can smell the lemon-scent of the cleaning agents when I walked into my apartment. Other than that, NOTHING has changed. Perhaps the kitchen counter was wiped, but I could have easily done that with a Lysol wipe. Sure they took out the garbage, but again, that's something that I could've easily done. Plus, I still had my grocery bags sticking out from the side of the refrigerator --- exactly how it was before I left. Oh, and by the way, they didn't clean the refrigerator either. There were still towels and purses hanging on chairs, clutters of boxes/paper piled along the walls, etc. In fact, the futon in the living room wasn't made up-right (from bed to couch) and the sheets were still on it --- unfolded! Again, my apartment is NOT that big (500 sq. feet). I purchased the 3-hour deal specifically because I needed deep cleaning/organization; not a light cleaning. However, what really lead me to write this review and complain is the fact that when I entered my bedroom to get something out of my bookshelf, I noticed that my bookshelves weren't even dusted! I mean, what on Earth were they doing here for 3 whole hours?? $100+ later, I'm still stuck with a messy apartment. What a huge disappointment.

I would have messed her up if I asked her to do stay for full three hours. Those were exactly her words! How rude! I will never try this company ever.

Booking online is pretty easy but be wary of the time selection -- apparently the option I chose online is not one honored by the company?? I am pretty understanding and had no time constraints so I was not bothered by the late arrival ( approx 15 min), but I was a little shocked when she started wrapping up early ( she didnt want to be late for her next client....lucky them) So technically, I lost about 20-25 min of service time. She pretty much did everything I asked, except for inside of the fridge. Nothing was perfect, but a good job none-the-less. She didnt return everything to its original placement but her "redecorating" was pretty cute! I would use the services again, being more adamant about directions.

I used the Yelp feature of getting bids from multiple companies. I wasn't sure it would work. It turned out better than expected. I conducted the entire transaction via text. Spotless was not the cheapest choice; I discarded that one. But it was priced reasonably. They showed up a bit later than expected, but it was fine. I assumed if I wasn't the first appointment, I should build in leeway. I wasn't in the unit. They sent before and after photos. I went back the next day. They did such a good job, I wanted to tip.
