They sent a team of 5 ladies and all of them worked continuously without stopping. The cleaning took a little longer than expected, however I could tell it was because they were thorough and the house was a lot dustier than expected. Highly recommend this cleaning service!

The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.

Good stuff: The women arrived punctually - were organized, active and careful - used my own vacuum cleaner. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. All they did is vacuumed and neaten up a bit Folded a Few things they saw laying around like some clothes that I had on floor or bed and when I mean a few I mean like at most 10-15 items. They took my sons few toys and put them nicely in same place where they were just were not nicely put they put his little cars in a row on the floor and any throws on couch were folded, honestly I have no idea what they actually cleaned, nothing was wiped or Scrubbed or washed, only vacuumed and not that well. Then they leave 1.5 hours and I ask them why the rush. They said they have to go. After all that they keep telling me they want me to pay. A company should not ask to pay for this type of cleaning, how embarrassing that they even asked me to pay what I think it's worth. When I have to clean and wash floors after maid I do not feel I should pay. But yeah I paid half of what they were trying To charge anyway. This company doesn't have a website nor a location says they are permanently closed. Very fishy and unprofessional. I am disabled from an accident, and needed a deep clean. I also explained that am also extraordinarily allergic and sensitive to some sense and chemicals and require hypoallergenic products to be used in my home, and that anything that's chemical smelling needed to be avoided. He assured me that that would be the case, although it didn't turn out that way. I got the name from a Facebook group from the neighborhood, thinking I could trust that. Realizing now that it's a lot of nepotism that goes on in the group, so be it. I explained my situation to the owners son, he gave me a quote, which was much higher than the last deep clean that I had but I said I wanted to support community business. That was my bad. In addition to it being an expensive quote, he explained to me that in order for it to be done in a short period of time, so that I would not be displaced from my home for an extraordinarily long period of time, he would place three of his workers in My Home for two hours, which would equal six hours of work time in total. ?That's how we calculated the expensive cost. To include the windows, that would be the third person and that would be just to do five really small brownstone windows, which, I told him, when I used to do my own windows it didn't take an hour to do. Anyway , he also explained to me that if I didn't cancel within 48 hours that I would lose my full deposit. I explain to him that as a disabled person that anything could happen to me, and lo and behold, I had a gripping migraine the day of the service. So I had no other choice, but to sit out in the hallway with my migraine medication's and fingers crossed that I wouldn't end up on the floor. I waited patiently for the crew to get here and finish. I was sick as a dog, but I was then told to walk through the apartment before they clocked out; I could barely move at that point, but I walked through, and within the two minutes that I was with them the windows seem shiny because it was a bright day and that was about all I could take in and two minutes, the crew left and clocked out with the owner and said "the owner is going to call you in about five minutes. please pick up the phone so she can get your feedback". Cynthie called me, and it was right about the time that I did my own little walk-through without all the people around me and I started to notice things weren't quite right. I also noticed that the smell that was emanating into my lobby, where I was sitting, having a migraine, was actually coming from apartment, very strong smell, was making me sick to my stomach, etc. worsening my migraine. ( I had to sleep with a mask on that night and threw the next day, horrible! )I got on the phone and I told Cynthia that I was identifying things that were not quite right, and that I had started taking pictures and videos, but to be quite honest, I was not in any shape to have a long discussion with her, we said we would speak the next day. That was my understanding, I agreed if I was feeling well enough. I then spent the next 24 hours sick, but looking at things closely and seeing as you can see from my photos and many many more photos, and videos of things that were not done it was like I was still in a mound of dust and dirt. I will say that they did my floorboards, I'll give them that. But visible furniture pieces with , dust on them were not attended to, it was completely bizarre-dirt/grit on the floor right in front of the refrigerator where one of the workers had sat was still there -I was just flabbergasted. to take photos and videos and email them, Cynthia said we were supposed to talk on Monday, but that was not my recall, I was advised to continue to create a written documentation of our correspondence, and not just leave it to a phone, call, and, in my very first email/with video and pictures I asked for a discount, that was my first request but as the days went on over the weekend, I realize just how messed up this job was I realize that I wanted either a refund or a discounted Refund. after about 30 photos/videos, I heard from the son again via email saying that he could send somebody only within the next seven days since I had "missed my opportunity to have a cleaner come within the guaranteed 24 hours", but if I did not agree, I would lose my ability to get a cleaner, and that I would still be charged the full amount. End of story. I'm like"watt, WHAT? What a bunch of scammers! I've never dealt with a business like this, and so much for wanting t entrust my business to a neighborhood company who is struggling from recovery post Covid. Now I see the ratings on yelp are bad, and I did wonder why in the Facebook group they said they were struggling so much, perhaps it is because they are not so great after all!

Showed up late, left early, ended up having to vacuum and dust after they left, and they had to return after I told the owner that the baseboards in my bedroom were left filthy. My things were not returned to how they were found and my kitchen floor was barely mopped. I work two job and I NEVER have anyone clean my apartment, but I only have one day off a week and for once, I didn't want to spend it cleaning. I paid what was owed because I didn't want no static with these strangers in my home, but I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. They're gonna tell you they are going to clean this, that, and the third, and proceed to do a half ass job. Going to have to find another service because this was not worth the money or time. UPDATE: After the owner decided to not take accountability for a terrible job, I will expand. I did say that an hour later would be great, not realizing that they would rush the job and still leave at the original time (when Carlos arrived, he told me that they would do two hours instead of three I was paying for because they had another job scheduled after and needed their "rest"). None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. I had to vacuum my rug and my floors because there was still debris on them throughout my apartment. So yes, Carlos, I did leave a one star review because you all did a terrible job. And yes, Carlos I leave a lot of reviews (most of which are pretty good). But you Carlos, and the two women with you, did not do a good job so maybe next time, do better, instead of talking my head off about what a great job you're gonna do. The customer shouldn't have to tell you to wipe down every surface and clean every baseboard in a deep clean.
