Good Afternoon and Happy 4th of July to Renotex Associates I…read morewant to say "Thank You" and provide compliments and praise for the staff that came out to shampoo my carpet on July 3, 2018. Andie who vacuumed my carpet was so polite and courteous. He assisted me with moving items in my apartment during the vacuuming process. Rick was awesome in personality and knowledge of his job. He shampooed my carpet and made me feel secure in the process. He was patient and assisted me with moving a stationary bike over to my neighbor. He was honest and did not want me to put a heavy item on top of shampooed carpet as it was drying. The next day I look at my clean and refreshed carpet and feel so happy that I choose Renotex. You have wonderful staff and this is a good representation of your company. I will continue to use and recommended to my friends and family. Thank you again Renotex! There are many excellent advantages to this business, but none is more thorough and skillful as the cleaners themselves. Sometimes I have needed two, but normally one comes to clean. They are well-trained to offer a high standard of every aspect of making a home look and feel immaculate. From dusting to disinfecting to polishing to vacuuming and mopping, they know what products to use to restore cleanliness and perfection. They get into those dusty corners, rearrange and organize items, and even make beds. They remove all garbage when done. They are also friendly and respectful of the delicate items in your home. I always offer snacks and water for them to have for a break if it is a long cleaning service. The manager and owner of J & O inspects your home before every cleaning and assesses what needs to be done and the fee. They are very reasonably priced for a cleaning service in Manhattan. They are a respected business and know how to approach their work professionally. I highly recommend J & O for any cleaning request. It's been 4 years now that I have depended on them to take care of my home when I call!

She checked in with me before she finished to make sure I was happy with the level of clean. My apartment was sparkly clean when she left. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is that I on the morning I was originally scheduled to have a cleaning, the company let me know that the person who was supposed to come called in sick and they were going to have to send someone 3 hours later. Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. Once someone was finally in the apartment, they did a great job.

PREVIOUS POST (before they no-showed a second time and failed to issue the refund they promised) I've used this service 3 times now. They do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
