I was very happy with the results, and the technicians were professional, thorough, and courteous. What impressed me even more was how the company ultimately responded when some outdoor equipment was accidentally damaged during the work. I had my gutters flushed after too many years of putting it off (and they were completely blocked); and all the walkways, masonry, front and office stairs, landings, and deck- power washed. I can't say enough good things about Tim. I used him for my very expensive antique rug years ago,…read moreand after my beloved frenchie, Lulu, passed, I decided to get all the ruggables cleaned. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. He and his helper both took the time to not only do a fabulous job, but also connect on a personal level. As sad as I was, I felt better when they left. Absolutely recommend 10000%
