I have been using Great Neck Maids for a while now (over a year at least) and am extremely happy with them. Not only is my house left spotless, but they have been extremely accommodating to my schedule and to my requests about changes in the scope of what they are doing (some days I ask them to do more than others depending on what I need done). This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. They found the dust I couldn't. They went to the corners I dared not explore. They took the time I was too lazy to dedicate. And they did it all with a smile! Thorough work. Exceptional job. Friendly, and efficient. If this was the 50s I'd say Great Neck Maids were "groovy." If it were the 60s I'd say they were "far out." If it were the 80s I'd say they were "totally radical," and if it were the 90s I'd embarrassingly say they were the "bomb diggity." But it's none of those times and I am in my mid 30s now, so I'll just say they did a great job. read more

I have them come every two weeks to clean my apartment and they do a phenomenal job each time. They always bring multiple people and usually finish cleaning my 1600 square ft apartment, with three full bathrooms, in an hour. They pay attention to detail and clean the places that previous cleaners have missed. They're also very conscientious that the products they use aren't too strong so the products aren't harmful to animals/people/etc. And there always willing to change up how the clean if you have a specific request, like vacuuming the cat hair from my couch! read more

The girls are great！They are very polite and professional. I had a move in cleaning last week. They managed to fit me in their schedule and did a through, inside and out cleaning within two hours. Their coordinator was very patient and spent time with me explaining what they would do for move in cleaning and listen to me to find out if I have any special needs. I provide them with a key to the bottom entry door lock and on the days they are coming to clean my place I leave the top deadbolt unlock and while I am at work they clean my house every time with perfect cleaning precision!
