To provide some context, we have a 100 year old, 1700sq ft. house with hardwood floors and area rugs and a newborn. We've been working with the Next Level for a few months now on an every other week basis and are extremely happy with their work. First, they do a fantastic and thorough job cleaning. The team is proactively looking for feedback, so if you don't feel something was done thoroughly, they'll definitely revisit it the next time around. Second, they are friendly and caring. My wife is typically home with our baby when the team comes and the women are respectful and they love interacting with the baby. They understand it's important to have clean floors and a house free of dust for our child. And it's generally been the same few ladies returning each week. Lastly, they are reasonably priced. This was one of my biggest concerns. I did speak to a few other companies at slightly lower prices, but did not feel as comfortable working with them. Of course, price will depend on the level of cleaning needed and the amount space. They were upfront about the initial cleaning price and then how much each week would work out to. That price has stabilized. One final note, the team has let me know if and when they were ever going to be running late to our typically scheduled day and time. It's refreshing to know that we have a professional cleaning team we can trust.

I don't do cleanings often. I tend to call when life gets overwhelming and cleaning is the last…read morething I want to do. I've had some decent and good cleanings over the years but Hylton gave me something I didn't even realize I was searching for. No judgement. Generally, I call for cleaning when the home gets messy and chaotic which, according to a cleaner friend, is way harder to deal with than filthy. So whenever I'm showing a new cleaner around, i always catch a glimpse of the silent judgement and slight annoyance with the chaos. After some juggling around the time, the two women from Hylton showed up and cheerfully told me they would bring the house back to Order. I looked at their eyes and for the first time ever, I saw determination not judgement. Together they scrubbed, rubbed and wiped the home down. They moved, organized and wrangled my home into submission. I signed up for a deep cleaning and I received a Deep Cleaning. A cleaner windowsill where once I thought the windowsill was already clean. There was a crevice between the washer and dryer and they figured out what to use to reach there. I expressed my concern that most cleaners miss corners and behind furniture and they alleviated those concerns by removing every speck of dust from every single crease and crevice. This is a company that takes great pride in the work that they do. However, when they were finished and called me to do the walk through, they proved that differently from any place I've used in the past. I didn't just walk and nod. She was right behind me and actually asked questions about each area then asked if I needed them to improve anything. I said yes in one instance, and they immediately put me out the room and remade the area. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and peace they brought to my space. Usually I find issues in the hours or days after the cleaning but not this time because they were so thorough, both with the work and because of the questions they ask at the end. If I had found something though, I got the distinct impression that it would be safe to let them know it. I'm glad I found them and I am definitely going to call them again.

She said she thought it was 1 bedroom but i clearly wrote 2 bedroom in the project description (see screenshot). She said she remembered wrong but why is that my problem? I don't have proof but I think it's because she knew I had to get it done today. I didn't take it because I hate this type of behavior. I'd rather clean myself than letting people think they can get away with it. It was a terrible experience. Avoid if you don't want headaches and delay in your plans.

We spoke several times before she came to my home to discuss what my expectations were and to look at my home to give me a fair amount of what she would charge. Ruthie was as nice, honest and professional in person as she was the many times we spoke by phone. What I liked most about Mamma Clean is that it would be Ruthie and another lady named Mariana cleaning my home, not strangers. Ruthie also offered to put together a cleaning kit for me, filled with products and cleaning supplies I would need to clean my home the weeks that she would not. Ruthie came with bags full including all the receipts. This was extremely helpful to me as my home is new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances I never had in my former home. The day came for Ruthie and Mariana to clean my home. They were prompt and carried in their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Several hours later Ruthie texted me they were done. I walked into my home and was speechless. My home was impeccable, shining, so beautiful I wanted to touch nothing. It smelled so fresh, my floors sparkled!! This was over the top exceptional cleaning. My toilet paper was even folded like you find in a fancy hotel and my front door was completely cleaned, something we never even spoke about. My daughter actually asked me if the light fixture in the hallway was new because it was so sparkling. I could go on and on but I just want to stress that Mamma Clean is a service above any other. There are different plans to choose from, Ruthie will accommodate as frequent or infrequent that she is needed. It's been over a week since Ruthie cleaned my home and it still smells incredible. I honestly can't wait until my next appointment!!

She exceeded all of my expectations and trust me, I have high expectations. I really appreciate how much attention she focused on everything. My entire kitchen and floors were literally sparkling! I actually hired another cleaner after since I was unable to book an appointment with Sasha, and all I could think about was how much better Sasha was. She deep cleaned the kitchen, which was covered in oil and old food. The kitchen looks cleaner than when I moved in. My fridge had old spills from drinks and food, which, you can't even see from my photos. She got it all out. She also got chair stains (black on linoleum floors because I used black chairs) out of the floor and the bathroom was sparkling. Best parts are that she isn't scared about going in between crevices and she wipes and cleans all surfaces. I would hire her again, but keep in mind that it is just her and she does charge by the hour, so be mindful of that when hiring her. Also, if you have a mop, broom, or additional cleaning supplies, it will help her clean even better.

I made an appt with tidy teammates after seeing their promotional code online for the first time . I explained I needed my drawers cleaned and the lady told me that the cleaner will come and give an estimate if it exceeds 140. Fine . Since I was at work I didn't get the message my boyfriend sent me stating the cleaning lady stated " she won't do dishes unless there's a dishwasher , she will clean the drawers" she also came in at 9:15 and left 2 hours later ( I paid for a base cleaning plus drawers which should be at like 3-4 hours according to Tidy teammates . I come home after work to no dishes clean drawers dirty and the bed not even made . I'm not sure what cleaning service that's almost 200$ doesn't include cleaning the dishes and making the bed ? Really upset . Will never use this company again
