I rarely leave reviews but this one is well deserved. Sasha was the first cleaner I had ever hired. I clean on a regular basis, but after having a baby and working full time, I needed some help. She exceeded all of my expectations and trust me, I have high expectations. I really appreciate how much attention she focused on everything. My entire kitchen and floors were literally sparkling! I actually hired another cleaner after since I was unable to book an appointment with Sasha, and all I could think about was how much better Sasha was. Extremely satisfied with cleaning by Sasha. I reached out to Sasha to do move out cleaning of my studio. Took her about 4 hours to do the cleaning. She deep cleaned the kitchen, which was covered in oil and old food. The kitchen looks cleaner than when I moved in. My fridge had old spills from drinks and food, which, you can't even see from my photos. She got it all out. She also got chair stains (black on linoleum floors because I used black chairs) out of the floor and the bathroom was sparkling. Best parts are that she isn't scared about going in between crevices and she wipes and cleans all surfaces. I would hire her again, but keep in mind that it is just her and she does charge by the hour, so be mindful of that when hiring her. We turned to yelp and messaged a couple of businesses about a last minute hire. Keep in mind, this is a Sunday during labor day weekend. On the day of appointment, in spite of multiple calls and text messages, She never responded. It was a move-out cleaning and I couldn't arrange for someone else at the last minute. Very pleased with my experience using S&A. I've called Sasha twice now without much notice and she was able to accompany a time that worked in a short time frame! She does a really good job, and is pleasant to be around. I'm working remote at a computer these days and cannot always be as personable as I would like to be and she doesn't seem to mind. Sasha comes in and quietly gets right to work. She asks the questions you would want to be asked. Both times my apartment was left in great condition. Sucked. I texted through yelp day of to confirm (something the company should've done the day before) and was told she was going to try to come despite having a BROKEN COLLAR BONE/SHOULDER. Based on other negative reviews, I'm guessing I wasn't the first and the incident didn't happen the day before. Sasha texted me through yelp pictures of her sling, telling me she was going to try to make it multiple times and didn't want to let me down. Of course I wasn't going to have her hobble around trying to clean things, so after multiple back and forths saying she's "trying" to find someone to help her and this and that, I just told her not to come. We haven't had our place clean due to COVID lockdown, so it had been...a while. I was nervous about letting anyone into our "bubble" but I have three males and they are beasts. So, I relented, looked up cleaners on Yelp and went through the reviews and the pictures. What struck me about Sasha is that her pictures showed she would not be unaccustomed to dealing with disorder and putting things back neat and tidy. Also, she was reasonably priced. So, once I figured she would not run from my home screaming I booked her. I have my living room back! I'm back to singing (the acoustics in here are great when it's clean). Sasha did a great job cleaning my moms downstairs apartment. She rented to tenants that upon moving out left the place filthy, they had 3 dogs that were not properly potty trained, and left the kitchen reeking of urine. If it was a way to give S&A Spotless Cleaning more stars I will definitely give them 10 stars. Friday I contacted them through the Yelp app someone got right back to me in less then 10 minutes. Let me know about the services they provide and how much it was which was very reasonable. I then explained that I was looking for someone to come ASAP and was willing to actually pay more for short notice. The person I spoke to then told me their next available appointment was that next morning. I then asked the person was their anyway they would be able squeeze me in that day only because I was planning on hosting a fight party the next day and wouldn't have time tomorrow and I will pay double what their asking price was. The person then told me that they will get back to me when they was done with the job they was at then, so to expect a call in a hour. To my surprise I received a call in 40 minutes from a young lady letting me know that they could head over to me once they was done at the job they was at. And 2 hours later I had 2 ladies at my place working on my kids room that look like a hurricane hit it left and then came and hit it again. I then left took my kids to a birthday party my wife stayed. I came back 4 hours later to my place looking like Mary Poppin sprinkled dust a swung a magic won and poof everything clean and organized in my place. Every inch of the floor clean kitchen clean bathrooms and living room. My kids rooms looking lIke FEMA came through on a hurricane relief mission and now everything was back in order. It didn't feel like they rushed and they did everything I asked for plus more.
