Flaky to schedule with and didn't do much for my home's exterior…read more Scheduling: I needed to follow up with these guys a couple times when they missed their time window or didn't get back in touch with a time. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. His quote was competitive with others we spoke with but we ultimately went with Vinnie because of his personal approach. He was thorough and thoughtful in his ideas, answered our many questions (many times!) and explained his process completely.
