If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. After weeks having a major renovation, I knew a standard cleaning simply wouldn't be enough--I needed someone who truly understood post-construction cleaning. From the very first conversation, Wes exceeded every expectation. His approach was warm, kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. He was always smiling, respectful, and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as possible. Construction timelines are unpredictable, and when my contractors' schedule kept getting delayed, Wes was unbelievably flexible and accommodating with rescheduling our cleaning multiple times. Not once did he make me feel like I was inconveniencing him. That level of professionalism and customer service is incredibly rare.
When the day finally came, Wes and his team completely transformed our home. Every member of his crew was hardworking, meticulous, respectful, and took genuine pride in their work. Their attention to detail was nothing short of remarkable. They tackled every inch of our home with incredible care, making sure every surface was spotless. They were ready and willing to take on every challenge I threw at them--from cleaning intricate radiator covers that had collected construction dust and debris to removing stubborn paint residue and stains that I honestly thought would never come off. There truly wasn't a job they couldn't handle. Wes arrived with outstanding professional-grade equipment and high-quality cleaning products that were non-toxic and hypoallergenic, something that was especially important for our family.
What impressed me even more was how much Wes genuinely goes above and beyond. He didn't just complete the job--he elevated it. He even treated our floors with an additional shine polish that made them look absolutely beautiful. He never rushed through a single task and refused to cut corners. Instead, he took the time to ensure every detail was completed to perfection before considering the job finished. His knowledge of post-construction cleaning was incredibly impressive. He shared valuable advice on maintaining our newly renovated home, recommended excellent cleaning products and tools for ongoing upkeep, and offered professional insight into the best methods for caring for our floors, cleaning freshly painted walls, and preserving our home's finishes. It was like getting both an exceptional cleaning service and a master class in home maintenance.
It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, genuine kindness, outstanding communication, and such an incredible work ethic. Wes clearly takes enormous pride in his business, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. Our home feels fresh, spotless, and truly move-in ready thanks to him and his amazing team. I cannot recommend Wes and his team highly enough. If you're looking for someone to handle a post-construction clean--or any deep cleaning project--with professionalism, care, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail, look no further. We will absolutely be using his services again, and I recommend him with complete confidence. 100,000% recommended! read more
