However, when we went to pick up our tiles the woman at the counter (who was apparently filling in from another store) was a nightmare. The woman who processed our order and helped us select a grout color was a major disappointment and she made the experience uncomfortable and awkward. I ended up not going with tile here as the dye lots were all different and it made me very nervous. I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. The prices here are really excellent compared to other tile places but I think due to the dye lot differences. LVP seemed like a great value

It came off a few days ago. We had a warranty for ONE YEAR I think it was. We called them hoping they might fix it. Different people showed up. They had their equipment went into the bathroom and called their boss. Their boss told them it was not their responsibility. So my husband got on the phone and asked if they could fix it. They said no after having told us on the phone that they could. He asked could you at least fix it for a price? The person on the phone was not interested in helping and was going to charge half of the entire bathroom cost to fix the soap dish. She obviously did not want our business because as my husband was trying to resolve this she put him on hold , the 2 workers who had her on the other line walked out. Very unprofessional. (it was not their fault it was the person on the phone giving them directions) I do not understand what went wrong. My husband was kind and courteous and just wanted to resolve the issue. She was ONLY interested in money. He did say it was a different person who he spoke to this time. So I guess it is all in who you deal with. But if a business is not consistent, I personally would not use them again. 3 stars for the first job which was in June. But it was not complete other wise it would not have fallen apart so easily. Also they did not want to honor their own warranty or even keep our business after having paid in full in cash and also after having given the original worker a generous tip. They just threw away not only a good customer but also we live in a community with many buildings where we could refer them to other customers. There was no reason for this!
