Several weeks ago All About Grout did a fantastic job cleaning and regrouting our master bathroom shower. We did find that we had a leak in the glass shower enclosure, however, that we identified as problem with the shower door not closing completely. All About Grout sent in a technician, but he didn't fix the problem. Called them again, and the owner of All About Grout (Doug) came over, spent about 15 or 20 minutes working on it, adjusted the shower door, and the problem is 100% fixed. I would have never even seen the adjusting screws, let alone fixing it! These guys are good!!!! All About Grout didn't need to fix this shower door, as that was really not in the scope of the project, but they did because they wanted the job done right, and a satisfied customer. CUSTOMER BEWARE... This company worked on two bathrooms in my home in 2022 and a few days later, the old grout was showing through and some of the new grout was crumbling. I reached out to the owners, Doug and Ashley to come back and fix it, and even though promised, no one was sent to work on it. In 2023, they sent out a request for feedback, and I replied, explaining the situation. Ashley had replied and scheduled a touch up with Doug which should have been two weeks ago ( June 2023.) Doug cancelled the morning of. I tried to get in contact with the company via text numerous times and never heard back. I posted a negative review on Facebook and it was removed and I was blocked. I found an ad for All About Grout in my local paper and called them.fot pricing on power washing my home, cleaning paver stones and miscellaneous repairs to the paving stones that I had neglected for years. Shortly thereafter. The owner arrived and immediately quoted pricing for each job. I found the prices reasonable and retained them. One of the better decisions I've made in years! I requested cleaning of my tile floor grout in the kitchen and basement, same floor. The basement floor had mouse urine which I was unable to remove. The technician worked from 9:45-6:15, with two short breaks. My floor now looks brand new. I am OVER the MOON with how wonderful it looks. Had video conference and in person estimate, clean tile, repair and broken, uneven tiles, fix grout issues and seal with new lighter color, polish countertops, also clean and chalk bathrooms, told 3 day job. Showed up and was told grout was too high so couldn't do sealing after cleaning, hence the lighter color was wanted could not be done, counter tops were polished but not as expected, polish was like car wax, was told to do correctly would be additional cost. Tile I pointed out that needed grouting was not done, when pointed out to technician he had no solution. When quote was given I asked how they were going to get under appliances, beds and such, was told they lift them up, no issues. After they left I looked under laundry machine and dryers, they had not been done. The crew did the job in a single day, left house in disorder. read more

Did not start smooth as we found the pricing wasn't really covered from what we originally spoke about during the virtual estimate. Took a while for the technician to go back and forth calling, then finally got some sort of agreement. Technician was very nice and polite all the way. However the overall workmanship was just ok, many locations I found could be done better or at least fill with grout which they were supposed to. At this point it is what it is, I will just need to find some time to fill the missing areas myself. read more

Doug came and gave an estimate which I felt was more than reasonable for a two part job (clean the grout on main floor and clean/repair grout in a master bathroom/shower). The date of appointment came and received a text at approximately 730 (appointment for 9am) saying one of technician called out so they'd only be able to do the upstairs bathroom portion of the job. Obviously upset after making arrangements to be home during that specific date I eventually understood and had them completely the bathroom. That portion came out great and I called to reschedule the main floor portion. I received a date a few weeks later (after the date of a function I was hosting and wanted floors done for). Once again on that morning I receive a text stating the technician went sick and had to reschedule. They give me a date a few days later for late afternoon. That morning I text Ashley to confirm the appointment and I was told there was a mixup and they don't do jobs that late so once again they have to reschedule. I get ANOTHER date a few weeks later. Once again I rearrange my schedule to prepare and the morning of at 1130 (appointment for between 1-3) I receive a text saying they cannot do the job today bc they are overbooked and overwhelmed and the rain over weekend backed them up for their outside jobs. So after the frequent cancellations on short notice I finally told them not to come and I have another company coming. While the portion of the job they completed was done great it came to a point where they are just completely unreliable. I have now hosted 2 functions at the house with the job not finished. I would not recommend!!!! Original date was 4/7 it's now 6/1 and still not completed. Only reason they get 2 stars rather than 1 is the job was done well for the portion they did complete. read more

I'm sorry, I had a bad experience with their services. The crew was very nice but I'm not happy with the work. All the grout that they "cleaned." Came out. I now have gaps in between my tile. They actually forgot to grout a section of my floor.. They came back to do it, but the grout come out in chunks. Also, I now have three tiles that pop every time I walk across them. I hired this company to re-grout and caulk out two bathrooms. All in all a very good experience. Matt was in our home for most of the day and was working hard the whole time. We recently had 2700 ft of pavers power washed, resanded and sealed. I was very happy with the finished product. The workers were very nice and worked really hard. They were also very accommodating . The experience was great my pavers look amazing. Nice owner. One thing to know its a very messy job if you have a pool so be prepared. But the owner kept his word and since my pool got really dirty, he sent a guy to power vacuum it for us. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this company. read more

DO NOT USE this company!!! My experience was same as another on here...I waited 3 weeks for an estimate only to be told too busy to come and can do a zoom estimate at 7pm. They showed up late to zoom and Doug had an attitude about busy they are. I decided to go with them anyway and was able to get an appointment another 3 weeks out. They never sent any confirmation, I had to request it in writing. They texted to confirm the night before and asked me to pay cash for better price. I had prepared for the appointment, which was a big deal as had to take off of work and get only bathroom ready...only to get a text a hour before they are supposed to show saying technician sick and have to reschedule. Of course, no dates provided to reschedule. VERY disappointed and disgusted at how they operate when people count on the work to be done. Waste of 6 weeks waiting for them. read more
