Groutastic/Pavertastic cleaned and sealed my pavers. They cut corners and used a cheap sealer that left white stains on my pavers and ruined them. Not only did they not inform me that they didn't use the Alliance Gator products that they were supposed to, but Josh never called back when I tried to get them back to fix the issue. I had an appt and although he informed me via email at 1140pm the night before that he needed to cancel for family emergency, when I called him the next day, he was rude, hung up twice and told me I was insensitive and then said to find another company and text me "our communication is over now" as if I was a child. read more

Josh came, gave us an estimate. We booked him Between Josh, Laurie and his two workers that came to our home we were very satisfied. Our grout and tiles look great. Our home is only 5 yrs old and keep well. I didn't realize that the tiles and grout needed cleaning. The tile place where we purchased our tile recommended them along with a couple of other places. We hired Groutastic and their workers came and re-grouted 2 bathrooms. We had to have them come back immediately because they missed major spots. We had to again have them come back as the grout either fell out or was never put in properly. All this within the month. Recently, ( about 1 year later) we noticed grout missing in 2 areas. We called them up fully expecting to have to pay them to come back. Josh said that he would do it as a courtesy. I thought how nice of him. A week after his workers came the grout fell out. I called Josh and he complained bitterly about coming back. I told him that he offered to do it as a courtesy but if he wanted to get paid that would be ok. He continued grousing about having to come back and told me the girl in the office would call to set up an appointment. After 2 weeks and no call, I called again. He moaned some more about having to come back and said this would be the 4th time he was returning. I reminded him that the 1st 2 times were when they originally put in the grout and missed major places and the grout fell out after a week! He continued to grumble and complain and again said his girl would call to set up an appointment. It's been a month and I know he never meant to come back! I absolutely love Groutastic! I've had work done in my home by them more than once I am beyond pleased with the work they produce. They recently cleaned and sealed the floors in my kitchen and made it look like it was just installed. The guys are always so nice and polite and are so informative throughout the whole process. I don't know where to begin. I wasn't really sure what to expect but my bathroom was such a wreck that I was willing to try anything. I was beyond surprised by the outcome. Josh was informative, professional and transformed my disgusting bathroom into a place that I'm no longer afraid to have people go into. It looks better than new and the work was worth every penny. I had work done by groutastic- they were to remove existing grout and replace with caulk in a shower. They did not remove any of the grout and applied caulk over it which caused cracking and mold. After explaining this to the manager, he got defensive saying I was accusing his men of being dishonest, which he said they were not. Well, they did not do the job which was written up in the contract. I had to remove all the caulk, then remove the grout myself, applied the caulk myself. I have to say I am totally amazed and in shock! I was going to rip out my tiles and redo them and spend a few thousand dollars on new ones. I called Groutastic to get an estimate to see if there was any hope to salvage them. I just had my tile finished this afternoon. They were professionally stained, steam cleaned, and sealed and it looks better than the day I bought them! The workers were absolutely fantastic, the most polite company, the best results I could ever have asked for, and an absolutely reasonable price. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on new tiles and aggravation over people ripping out the old ones. I spent several hundred dollars but everything is un real. I did not try to take back my payment twice, only once after you and your secretary Laurie ignored my calls for a month. You only called back when you received a call from discover. The reason Discover could not credit the payment was the fact that it was a service not a product. As long as the company performs the service (even though it was faulty the work was done and it is not Discover's policy for service) According to you at the consultation the weeds were not coming back for a few years. In regards to the sealer on the patio, when your workers did the job it could not get wet for 24 hours. Isn't it ironic that the directions changed when it down poured right after you did the job. All of a sudden it can conveniently get wet. I will not take this post down because I am telling the truth. The people will make their own decision about you. They can use your company at their own risk. Again you are a SCAM ARTIST. That's my review!!! read more
