During his sales pitch he went out of his way to promise to make sure we were happy with the job, no matter how many times he had to come back. Well, he didn't even show up the first time so he had no plans of returning to make sure the job was done correctly. We have tracked him for nine months. He operates under various names. Be very careful of hiring this company. He is not even in Ny state, he was some other business like Pool company (Long Island Pool company)and landscaping. Really a crook. Because the process of power washing and staining cedar shake shingles is handled very differently depending on the company you hire seemed pretty crazy that he would not appreciate a customer wanting a detailed quote about the services to be provided. A number quoted over the phone doesn't instill confidence or demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. Happy to have avoided. Merchants response is a complete fabrication.
