He came by to give me an estimate when he told me he would be here. The estimate was reasonable so I asked him to give me a estimate on my mothers house. Upon meeting him my mother loved him. lol. She's 92 yrs old and doesn't trust anyone. Upon receiving her estimate I said let's do both. He scheduled a time to do my mothers and two days later scheduled my house. Not only did he stick to the schedule, he texted me when he would be arriving at both houses. This was important for my mother otherwise, she would have been calling me every hour on the hour asking when he would be there. When he finished my mothers house she called me raving about the job he did telling me her siding looked like new. Gary then came to my house two days later and was here for six hours. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure the job was done to my liking. He gave me two options for cleaning the pavers and of course the option I chose was more time consuming but did a more thorough cleaning. Gary never flinched and said ok. When the job was done I was amazed at how well everything came out. I would absolutely recommend Gary. Not only was he thorough in the work he did but, he was reliable and reasonable. Be very careful of hiring this company. He is not even in Ny state, he was some other business like Pool company (Long Island Pool company)and landscaping. Really a crook.
