After a few weeks, my neighbor said that they were having a party in two days and asked me when the tree was getting trimmed. They didn't feel safe with the hanging limb that was partially in their backyard. I called Tree Guys and the owner agreed to come out the very next day. My neighbor was ecstatic! We reached out to Joe's Complete Tree Service, and Joe immediately put our minds at ease. He promised strict professionalism, and his team absolutely delivered. The crew was highly efficient, communicative, and respectful of our property. I left for work in the morning while the trees were still standing, and I arrived home just as they were finishing up. To my amazement, the yard was completely spotless--you couldn't even tell major tree work had just been done! They even went above and beyond by cleaning up the branches and debris that had fallen into our neighbors' yards. It was a phenomenal, honest job from start to finish. Without a doubt, I would use their services again. Highly recommend!

Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved.
