Calls to the office are answered promptly during business hours. Appointments can be scheduled during a reasonable time frame. (Note: they *really* try to find a slot that works best for your schedule.) Every service person that has visited is professional, articulate, friendly and offers options if there are any repairs needed. When they showed up for the estimate, they took pictures of all the work that was needed and as I pointed out things that I thought someone else would be needed, they said they could handle that too. Their estimate was very fair so I hired them right away. They came early, notifying me of their arrival beforehand and got to work right away. They took a hopeless yard that looked like a jungle and turned it into a yard that I hadn't seen since I moved into my house. The right side of the house, if you look at the pictures, was horrible. Now it's perfect! Not seen in the pictures is the left side of the house, where weeds were coming up through the concrete tiles, those are now all gone! My backyard patio also had bad weeds coming up and now you don't even notice anything bad was there. They are such great people too - fun to talk to and nice people. I decided to hire them to do maintenance on an ongoing basis because of how happy I am with their work. We have had Santos for approximately two years now and we have had some issues with them. Today I…read moreended their services because it is pouring raining out and they just came to do my lawn. With previous experiences with them cutting the lawn in the rain, it really tears up my lawn with their big machines so I really do not like them mowing in the rain. They have also damaged some lights, cut the wires with the trimmers and when mentioned it to Santos my response was I asked my guys they said they didn't do it. Really not the response. I was hoping to get. They also left tire marks on my white fence that will not come off and last year's fall cleanup was horrible. See pictures below. People spend a lot of money on their lawns, I know we do so we really don't want to pay someone to come and damage the lawn or any of our property. I would go with another company.
