I researched some companies and put out feelers for people who we would work with, and I found Scott Anthony's Home Improvements through Yelp as one of the choices to work with us. He didn't have any reviews yet, but I looked at the pictures on the page and did some research online, other reviews on other websites seemed very positive and held him in high regard, so I gave him a call. He was professional, knowledgable, to the point, and organized when it came to getting this job scheduled and completed, and because he was able to fit the job into the agenda we have for other home improvements in the coming days, we decided to work with Scott. He rolled up to the house with a serious squad of workers, hauling trailer with equipment, ladders, and everything needed to do the job, and they went right to work. Within an hour or two the house had transformed like it was brand new again, these guys went all over making sure to get all the spots, clean the areas well, and Scott managed them as they did the work. Scott was also able to give me an estimate of the job from just a few pictures, quoting me at 325 for the gig, which after researching was a little on the higher end, but I went with Scott because he knew what he was doing, and was able to get us into the schedule on our agenda, which was great! He offered other services such as painting, construction, and other jobs which we will definetly keep in mind for the future. We tipped extra because he handled the job like a pro!! John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. Based on our experience, I'm just not sure the service is reliable if you're in a rush to get your windows done. In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. We were quite bummed about it but are now looking for other window washing services in our area.

Every time, I had to call them to find out what happened. This final time, I was told that they were understaffed and trying to get the work done. I'm sure they have larger jobs than mine, but as a repeat customer I expected better treatment and maybe to be made a priority after the third rescheduling.
