We needed some large trees pruned down, the service we used 4 years ago when we moved in were ghosting us so I called around with no replies from a few places. Then I called here...I received a call right back from Enrique. Boy am I glad he did! He scheduled an appointment for an estimate, he was running a little behind, but he called to let us know this - very respectful. He worked with us and set a date to come and take care of the trees. Enrique followed up on everything with a confirming call, him and his team were very pleasant, professional and respectful; they got the job done very quick and even cleaned up the debris in the driveway. I waited a little over a week to write this review because I wanted it to based on facts not feelings. If you have ever read any of my reviews you would know that saving money plays a big role in my life. My mother called it cheap I called it frugal. Before I made my decision on this tree service company I had three prior estimates one of which came from two personal recommendations. Guess what I decided to do, go with the company that I thought was giving me a better deal. But my mother warned me being cheap will cost you more in the end. Well she was right. Here are the facts: I had one tree removed and a few large branches off another. This job took approximately 3 days and it's still not complete. I never Knew you had to ask to remove excess debris off the tree. Fine whatever. Next I was told the tree stump could not be removed it had to be grinned . You know what was also grinned my in-ground sprinkler and hose. Let's not talk about the unlimited amount of mulch that was left behind which took me hours to remove. This tree is well over 50 years in age. That's a lot of mulch! For over a week I have been waiting for Enrique to come back and inspect the job that his guys performed. I still haven't seen him and I called him twice. I paid cash no receipt. He said estimate paper was the receipt really?? Anyhow people out there I did find this company on Yelp. However, Yelp is not responsible for the quality service that you receive and that is a fact!!! read more

Needed 2 trees to be taken down. Marlon came by, gave us an estimate and set up an appointment for a day 2 weeks later. The time of the appointment was 11:30am. The day prior to the appointment we have texted and called a few times to confirm with no response from Marvin. Late morning of the appointment day we finally get a text from Marvin which simply said: "3pm". At 2pm we receive a text that read: "Stuck on an emergency tree removal . Can come Saturday this week." 1. We took a day off to have this done, waited all day without being able to leave the house. Waste of time. 2. There is no emergency tree removal for a tree removal company. The emergency is for the owner of said tree. You guys just didn't want to miss the job which I am sure paid you extra because it was an emergency for the person. But it is not good a good business tactic in my opinion to cancel last minute on a customer just to get a few extra bucks from another. You lost us as customers and all of our possible recommendations. As small as it may seem it all adds up. read more

We had an issue with a neighbor when taking down a tree and Enrique was polite, patient, and professional in the situation. Marlon and his crew are amazing, I called in the morning to have an estimate on a 40ft tree to be removed. Marlon came in less that 10 minutes with a VERY reasonable estimate. He said his team could be there the same day in the afternoon. The tree was down and the area very clean by the end of the day and I did not have to be there. My house looks so much better. Hector gave me a good quote on the removal of 4 trees. They did a decent and speedy job on the tree removal part. However, my backyard suffered a bunch of tire tracks and divots from falling tree limbs; at least no permanent damage. The workers also left cigarette butts, gum wrappers, an apple core, and a water bottle all over my lawn. Oh, and the workers took turns peeing behind my shed. Yep, that was pretty gross and rude, to say the least. At least they were gone within 3 hours. read more

Disappointed. The removals were relatively smooth and successful. My neighbors garage was smacked by a large portion of a tree as was my vinyl fencing. It was a tough removal job though, to be fair. The crew arrived about an hour late. I understand that things happen. The man in charge, Enrique, never showed. I went with this company because they offered a lower price than the $3800 I was quoted with another company. I had specifically asked whether everything would be cleaned up and was assured that it would be. Again they did a pretty good job with the removals but my issue is with the stump grinding - At the end of the job it looked like a nuclear bomb had been dropped on my front yard and Enrique was no where to be seen. They took the money and ran. This should have been somewhat cleaned up, I understand not removing the stump grindings but again it literally looks like a bomb went off on my property. This should have been explained during the estimate - I never received a paper copy of BTW... - and if it cost more to remove the grindings then let me know and I would've paid for that instead of you guys coming and doing 80% of the job. I wanted everything removed and cleaned up, not a gigantic mess on my property that I would never have let you get away with had I been home when you did the stump grinding. *The bottom line* Try another company that won't leave your property a total disgrace. read more

Had a few estimates from other companies to remove 2 trees in my yard. Enrique's estimate was the lowest and his reviews on Yelp were very good, an appointment was made and the crew showed up on time. They were all respectful and hardworking. The job was done without incident, the yard was cleaned as well. Yes, the stump grindings were neatly piled over the hole where the tree was - but the estimate states that clearly - that they do not remove the grindings. All in all, Enrique delivered what he promised, he and the crew were punctual, respectful and professional. I've shared his information with a neighbor already. read more

Called the company and receptionist said she can't reach the driver and she'll call me back. 30min later call back and still cannot reach the driver. We needed a bunch of trees and bushes removed from our house so i asked my husband to call Marlon. He was quick to respond and went to our house the same day to give us a free estimate! He had extensive knowledge of the types of trees and the rules of our specific town regarding tree removal. He was also available the next day! It ended up snowing the next day so he coordinated with my husband to come to the house the following day (Saturday). He came at 7:46am for an 8am appointment and was done with everything within 20 minutes!!! (3 small trees and 2 bushes). He had a 10 man crew and they banged it out super quick. Someone came in the afternoon to shred some of the stumps that were left from the morning. Our house looks completely different and so much brighter! ZERO STARS. this company went against simple and clear directions given to them. met with my neighbor and the guy who did the estimate to discuss trimming the branches of the tree that spread onto her property. the point of all three of us meeting was to ensure that they would just clean up the branches hanging over the fence line and nothing further. what a nightmare, "trimming" branches on the neighbor's side of the fence turned into cutting massive branches starting at the TRUNK of my tree. meaning they "trimmed" over my side of the fence several feet on MY property at the BASE of MY tree. nowhere near her side of the property!! the crew came earlier than what was discussed and once we realized what was happening they already cut way more than they were supposed to. the guys doing the work offered no apology and couldn't care less about doing it. got absolutely nowhere with the company after calling as well. they didn't trim branches, they butchered the tree. it's already devastating to look at but to make matters even worse they left big bare branches (that they cut all sprouting branches off of) jutting out of the tree??? what was once a beautiful tree is a complete eyesore that's poorly manicured. not only did they ruin my tree but they left excessive clean up for us to do too!! branches all over!! horrible experience and completely negligent people. don't deal with such a careless company. read more

I hired T&M to take down 2 pine trees on my property. They moved fast and had a big crew. They were cautious not to damage my house or property as well as my neighbors. I had to leave and when I came back they were packing up and had not removed one of the two stumps as they felt they would destroy a shrub. I had to call the supervisor and get them to do it. It was a bit frustrating but they did it and really didn't damage anything. I would recommend them. I also purchased firewood from them and had a good experience. read more
