I recently hired Allstate Tree & Shrub to do a two day project of pruning trees. We had never worked with them before. Tree pruning is shockingly expensive. Our project was a five figure project. Allstate provided a competitive bid and worked with us to ensure that we were happy. They worked for hours over two days on our property, brought a significant number of men to work and they worked very hard climbing and pruning trees that were over five-six stories high. They came with a wood chipper and carted away the wood without significant mess. One of the significant things I noticed is that they actually knew their trees and identified the trees by name in their proposal. They were so good that I got calls and emails from concerned individuals about men in the trees with chainsaws outside their windows. I accidentally can now check being able to tell someone "I sent that man with the chainsaw outside your window" off of my bucket list. They gave a date on which they could come and came on that day ready to work. People have complimented their work. read more

Jerry and his team were fantastic! He gave me a fair estimate and discussed with me the best options. His team removed a large birch and cut back three other trees in my yard. They were respectful of the property and took care not to damage anything, put everything back as it was found. They were also very helpful in cutting and putting aside specific pieces of trunk that my husband requested we save. Allstate went above and beyond and we are so happy with the completed work and our new sunny yard! read more

I have used this Company twice. They do a great job, and leave your property clean. They give you a very reasonable price for the job. They grinded trunk close to ground, and spent a lot of additional time crisscrossing them to prevent regrowth . Try them you won't be disappointed! read more

I've called on behalf of a client to get some information. The main contact is rude and unprofessional. You might get a good experience if there's no form of rejection. I had the understanding that he was going to let me know when someone is going to arrive at my client's home rather than just having someone show up to do the estimate. I still apologized because prior to him calling me, however, my client decided to reach out locally to a contractor. He proceeded to curse. If you're looking for professionalism, I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

The company was excellent. The final cost was exactly what the estimate stated and they were here at the exact time they said they would be. They did a great job of keeping the tree balanced while removing excess and unsafe branches. The clean up was quick and well done. They cleaned up my neighbor's property as well, since they used his backyard for some trimming. Overall a wonderful, easy experience! read more
