These workers do a magnificent job. Working fast and efficiently, taking care for themselves and the properties surrounding, and cleaning it all up afterwards. You would hardly know they were there, other than they expertly removed the dead tree. The cost was exactly what they quoted us and it was affordable. Highly recommend. read more

They respected the tree and despite their rip-them-out name were quite gentle. Tried to be tidy. Competitive quote. Would use again!

They were on time, cut back our enormous back yard tree and left the area very clean. They did a great job.

Once again, Alex to the rescue. Not such a big job this time, but a difficult job removing limbs which hung over a neighbor's yard. Both yards are densely planted. Alex surveyed the situation, made suggestions which were so helpful, quoted a really good price and came back the next morning to do the job!! Not only does Alex know how to correctly prune trees, but his team did an excellent job protecting my home (a brownstone, so everything has to come through the house) and not a twig left behind in either yard. I cannot recommend this privately-owned company enough!!!!!!!! read more

All I can say is wow! Alex and his crew did a fantastic job at a fair price. Would definitely recommend! read more

I hired Alex and his team to trim some seriously overgrown trees in my backyard recently. He was super professional when he came for the site visit, And gave me a quote that I could work with. His prices were reasonable, and he worked with me to make sure my needs were met. I can already see the sunlight hitting my deck and part of the garden, and I hope that it stays that way in the spring when the leaves come in. On the day of the job, they arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently together as a team. They strung back my string lights, exactly how they were before the trimming began, and left everything neat and clean. If you are looking for a reliable team to take care of your overgrown trees, do not look further than Alex and his guys . read more

I spoke with Alex and he immediately came to my home the same day and assessed the work involved in my project. He provided me with an estimate to cut down these huge branches which overhung over my roof of my 3 story brownstone which clogged my gutters and all other branches that I asked for. He was efficient in bringing 6 men for the job as promised with all the tools and protecting all of my moldings and custom cabinetry with brown paper. He was reliable and came on the day and time scheduled. His crew handled my project with respect for my home and left everything clean of all debris. I am so thankful because now my family can enjoy all of the sunlight coming into our home and our backyard again. Thank you so much Alex and to his amazing crew! Betsy read more

Power Tree Removal was one of the first companies to contact me after my Yelp request. We quickly arranged an appointment to get an estimate. Alex arrived on time to give me an estimate and was already prepared to do the work immediately. Equipment on hand. The cost was reasonable so we moved forward with the job. My dead tree is gone with a small stump remaining as I requested. He took away the tree and remaining wood debris. Quick, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will use for future projects. read more

I contacted Power Tree Removal to safely remove the large tree branches from a neighbor's tree that were growing over my backyard. It was easy to meet with Alex, get an estimate and arrange a date for the job. Alex worked with me to make sure everything I needed was done. The first thing his crew did was line the floors and walls in my house with brown painter's paper so there would be no problem bringing all the cuttings through my house for disposal. Alex and his crew did a truly fantastic job clearing out everything overhanging my yard. In addition, because debris landed in 3 of my neighbors' backyards, his crew cleaned up their yards too. After they left, my yard was cleared of everything that was over it and everything else was spotless. I would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone. Him and his crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to remove a very large tree in my enclosed Brooklyn back yard, despite being surrounded by Verizon wires. Alex and his team were amazing. Alex came out and assessed the work that needed to be done on 3 medium-sized trees in our front yard. (The trees were over 50yrs old.) Within five minutes, he gave us a quote and completed the work two days later. He arrived on time with his team and completed the work. The hour included the removal of the stumps and clean up. He was professional and provided me with before and after pictures. Thank you!!!! I would definitely recommend Power Tree Removal. read more

I sent a message through Yelp that I was in need of tree trimming services. Alex responded right away and came out that evening to assess my trees. The quote he gave me was exorbitantly high and it did not include doing the job with a lift. The manner in which they intended to do the job would have certainly damaged my trees. I gave two stars for quick response and communication. read more

They responded quickly to my request for a quote. I can't rate their work but I requested a quote for a pruning job. I was told that the work would cost $1600. He offered to come down in price a little but I lost confidence in them due to the very high initial quote. I was able to get it done for less than half that amount by another company. The job took 3 men 1hour. $1600 for an hours work?!? SMH!!! read more

Alex and team were amazing! We had a problem tree of heaven next door that had already partially fallen onto another neighbor's roof and was rapidly growing new limbs over our yard. Alex and team came and took care of the fresh limbs that were bound to fall into our yard in the next few years. The tree was also a home-base for 1000s of lanternflies which were sprinkling onto our garden. Alex's team was quick, professional, and clean. They protected our floors and bagged all the debris to bring through our apartment. I couldn't recommend Power Tree Removal enough for their expert work and great value. Thanks guys! read more
