This year his team of workers did a great job of lopping down a massive tree from our backyard who's giant branches were smashing down on my lawn furniture. They arrived on time, picked up after the job, left the interior space clean of any tree related flotsam. His team were kind enough to clean off the wood debris off the cars parked in the street (created by their wood chipper) and even swept the street and surrounding sidewalks of any wood, branches and the like.
