We hired Eli's painting and power washing to turn back the clock on thirty years of neglect. He and his crew did an EXCELLENT job power washing the patio, pathways and fence surrounding the property and the house exterior. They then worked diligently painting the house so it looked brand new (well almost). Their quote was fair, when compared to others. They did not add on extras even when we discovered some wood rot and made the repair. Most important Alexander Eli (the owner) was an excellent communicator. Since I was not on site, every two days he sent me pictures of their progress. He discussed issues with me, and gave me options of how to handle. I found him s trustworthy and reliable (wonderful traits for a contractor), Overall working with Eli's Paint and Power washing was an outstanding experience. We now have a beautiful house and I would highly recommend his service.

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Advanced Roofing. This is the second home they've…read morecompleted for me (roof, siding, and gutters), and once again they absolutely delivered. From start to finish, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional. The team walked me through every step, set expectations upfront, and executed exactly as promised. No surprises--just results. The quality of the work is outstanding. You can immediately see the attention to detail, and the finished product completely transformed the look of my home. Since the project was completed, I've had multiple neighbors stop by to compliment the house and ask who did the work--which says everything. The curb appeal upgrade is night and day. On top of that, their pricing was fair and competitive, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service you receive. What really stands out is the consistency. It's one thing to have a great experience once--but to have it happen twice on two separate homes says everything about how they operate as a company. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and I can confidently say I won't use anyone else moving forward. If you're considering roofing, siding, or gutters, do yourself a favor and go with Advanced Roofing. I've attached before and after photos so you can see the transformation for yourself.

He came during a storm when water was flowing into the house and put up some tarps to stop the water from leaking into the house . He came back and replaced the roof on a day without rain. He did a great job with much attention to details. Based on this we called Ronnie when we had a leak at our house. He came twice to try to plug the leaks. His fixes lasted for a few months each time but then started leaking. He had warned me that a number of the nails were rusted and that it may not hold. He was right. We decided the best way to fix the leak was to replace the roof. Ronnie and his team came to the house early on a Saturday- his team was there at 7:15 am- and started working around 8 am as Ronnie said they would. They worked straight through with no breaks. They were done by 1:30 pm. They did a great job cleaning up afterward- no loose nails or debris lying around . He even sent me pictures and video of the roof as he walked along inspecting it. It looked great. Also the yard was completely clean with all of the old roof carted away. We were very pleased with the new roof and the quality of the work they had done. Plus we felt the price was fair for the great work that was done. I would recommend Ronnie and RVC Home Improvement to anyone who needs roof work done.

Estimated time of completion = 2 weeks. I paid him the first installment and he started right away. He worked consistently for a few days. But then the absences began - he kept me apprised at first but then he just wouldn't show up for days. It has been more than 3 months and he's still not completed the basement. I've given him a $1000 advance for another project and he has not shown up for work since. He also has $500 worth of my stuff from Ikea that he picked up but never delivered. To be fair, he did mention that he had a personal task to attend to but that was in late June and I've not heard from him since. The most frustrating part is not responding to calls and messages (I have all logs). I've explained to him several times the urgency of finishing this work but he seems to have ignored it so far. Very unprofessional!!
