I've been trying to get the original installers to come by and repair but they kept on ignoring me, even though it was only 4 years ago. This company is by far One of the best experience I ever had with any contractor company. Santos actually picked up his phone and set up convenient schedule for free estimate. I had already 3 estimates from other Long Island companies. Santos was straight to the point and I could tell he really new knew his craft. He was honest and fair with his price. He recommended the right size gutters for my project due to flooding in back my house and having solar panels on my house. He performed the job with his crew and cleaned everything spotless. Most important all the gutters were secure and leveled correctly/ siliconed neatly and adequately. The first heavy rainfall there was perfect flow and no more flooding/ leaks found in my boiler room/ basement coming from behind the chimney. Santos even built additional gutter and flashing at a pitch to redirect the water to flow back to main gutter. I would highly recommended to all my family and friends hands down. I made an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. Two young men arrived an hour and a half late as I was on my way to another appointment. When I told them they were late and I was on my way out, I was told their truck wouldn't start but no apology was offered for their tardiness. Which would be ok if they had taken a moment to call or even text they were delayed and not left me waiting. But, I got nothing! The lack of consideration for my time was further aggravated by the fact that the guy wanted me to let him do the work and make me late for my next appointment. I don't think it was Santos because the kid said he would come later to pick up the money. I bet you he would have been on time for that. I opted not to use them because I didn't want to be late and I don't allow anyone to do work at my house when I'm not there. read more
