I was told that they cancelled them next thing I see on my cameras they were climbing on my roof. I called and told them I just talked to someone and they had cancelled it and I am not paying. They didn't bother to listen and were rude and kept telling me I am on automatic. I never agreed to automatic anything I call when I need them. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and NY State. Very poor customer service and if they dare charge the card that they made me put on file I will then follow up with a court case. The service has gone down hill since the original small Ned Stevens was bought out. They used to do a great job on gutter cleaning now they just blow the stuff out of the gutters to go all over my patio, I have a film from the fall gutter cleaning and they never even bothered to rinse the gutters. Service has gone down hill and I will not be using them anymore.
