What a bad experience! Are there people having good…read moreexperiences with this company? In addition to being obnoxious and incompetent, they would appear to be dishonest. Of the 2 other reviews they have here, one is clearly fake. The account has ZERO of anything else. Zero photos, zero friends and zero other reviews. Someone didn't joint Yelp just to say how awesome Pedro is. He wrote it himself. I didn't pick this company. I posted a cleaning job and Yelp sent it to several companies. Pedro responded within a minute or so. 4 minutes later, he began pestering me. IMO, he acts like someone on drugs and needing money for more. I posted that I needed my basement cleaned and I wanted a "deep cleaning" (meaning to move the furniture rather than cleaning around it). He quoted me $180. I asked what that included. He told me "...Kitchen, bedroom, livingroom..." I said that I didn't have ANY of those things to be done. Requested that he reread my posting and give me a quote based on that. He said "but it's a deep cleaning". Yes, but that is moving the furniture. It doesn't suddenly add a bedroom and the inside of an oven where there wasn't one. We went back and forth for over 8 hours! I should have cut it short. And certainly I've now learned my lesson to check reviews when I get replies from Yelp. If I'd seen a fake 5-star review, I'd have known not to waste my time talking to this guy. At 10:22PM (he started pestering me just after 2PM) he finally tells me that the $180 represents 2 hours of cleaning. That's nuts! That is 3x to 4x the going rate! For half that price, you can have 2 people come! I told him that he wasted so much of my time (and his own!) by not telling me at the beginning (like I asked!). He said that I asked too many questions. He's insane! I literally was asking ONE question! But it took him over 8 hours to answer! Between his broken English and his aggressive, hostile manner, it was so difficult and unpleasant. This jerk had the nerve to tell me that the problem is that I want someone to work for me for free. Because I don't think that mopping my floor should cost as much as a plumber or electrician doesn't mean I expect if for free! Anyway, let me finish before this fool costs me more time. There are choices out there. I chose someone else and I advise you to do so also.

Beware of this company. We were quoted a price of approximately $1,000 for a deep cleaning. We…read morewere also informed that it could cost slightly more if it takes longer to complete the job. The implication was that it may take an extra hour. We have a standard colonial home; not a mansion. Two women came to our home and did a thorough cleaning job. We were happy with the work that was done. However, I question the amount of time it took to do the cleaning. After six hours, they had not finished the upstairs floor. Needless to say, what was estimated at about 8 hours to complete the deep cleaning was, at that point, not going to happen. The company sent a third cleaner who came to help for approximately two hours, and they told us that we had to pay for her as well. The first two ladies were here for about 10.5 hours when we asked them to leave because the cost was going way beyond what we expected. Our home has a main floor, an upstairs and a finished basement. The main floor and the upstairs were almost completed. The bathroom in the basement was cleaned, but the rest of the finished basement wasn't touched. The job was only 2/3 completed, and we were charged approximately $1500. We estimated that if we let them stay and finish, our bill would have been $2000. Who has ever paid that much for a deep clean? (Note - our house was not messy or excessively dirty when they came. We are moving, and wanted a deep clean before we put our home for sale) When we called the office, the manager simply said she understood our complaint, but there was nothing she could do about it. There was not even the courtesy of a follow up call from the owners to address our complaint. The owner of the company came to our home to give us an estimate based on a tour of our house, so she knew exactly what the cleaning entailed. The estimate was done in person - not over the phone, which should have eliminated any misunderstanding of what the job involved. I became a little suspicious when she asked for a credit card for a $200 down payment and disclaimed the quoted price and explained the job could take longer. I had a contracting business years ago and a quoted price was a quoted price without major price adjustments. If you decide to use this company for cleaning services, do not offer a credit card and demand that you pay in cash. Once they have your card information, they can arbitrarily charge you more, giving you, the customer, no recourse to challenge the price. We are reasonable people, but this is a complete rip off. This was so poorly managed, resulting in a 50% increase in the quoted price for a job 2/3 completed. Just a warning to all if you ever decide to use this company.

I also had my home renovation done and new floors, the company sent a new girl to my home I didn't know which I was not happy about who walked in with sneakers on filled with salt from a snow storm , on my new wood floors and I have a spot now that changed color because she left her salt wet sneakers there Last week I had $3,800 in a drawer that went completely missing. The cleaning girl that works for this company was confirmed the one who cleaned the unit. No one else was alone in my home. There is a ongoing investigation currently, I reached out to the owner because she advertises a "licensed and insured" as well as a stress free cleaning Nothing about this company has offered me stress free In the very beginning the company was kind, they offered me full transparency of all the information I reached out to the owner to get their insurance Information and she will not give it to me. She is claiming if she gives me her insurance that is her admission to the crime, I called the detective on the case and he said that's not accurate I am entitled to their information as advertised in their site. I may not get approved for the claim but it's my right to try, since I am a victim of a crime. The owner boasts on her social media about having a 7 figure company and hitting record breaking months on sales. I would think this owner would want to do the right thing for me because I am devastated, I own a business my clients are always right, and I always go above and beyond to make it right with my clients. I also saw a post on the owners social media yesterday saying" I'm not liking people today after an altercation we had because she did not give me the information she promised in the beginning I also told the owner I was going to write a review and she had her lawyer send me a bogus email trying to threaten me, it's my right to share my experience with facts. As I will continue to do so, sad the lack of empathy this owner has for my violation and betrayal....
