We received pictures and daily updates and were consulted and advised on things as they came up during the project, which they did. Our project was a huge outbuilding repair. It would have been easier to knock it down and put up a new one but town codes prohibited that option. Enter Dan and his crew to make it work. We had the misfortune of lead paint, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently at a cost, but not a punitive one. Dan's pricing is fair and you can feel confident in the work that will be done. You will feel like this is a guy who has your back, which of course is a rare thing indeed in the world of contracting. Without hesitation I will be calling on Constructive Design for my future projects.

Then the cost of the additional repairs that were absolutely necessary, were extremely reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and the deck looks GREAT. Brian and his employee was very responsible to keep me informed about every step of the process and the cleanup afterwards.
