The damaged included water damage in dining room ceiling, scratched wood floors and other damage on wood floors, a copper sink they damaged while installing it. Their employee hammered it and scratched and warped the sink ( that was another nightmare to get it replaced and when they finally did they acted like they did me a favor). And I did a stop payment on a check because after trying to get them back to finish because this project dragged on for so long, they stopped showing up . I gave them the benefit , wrote a check and they did not show up the next day, so I stopped the check. They will take zero responsibility on anything that doesn't go right.. it was amazing the excuses they would make up. Zero stars is what they deserve. Horrible! Joe, the owner, came to give us a complimentary estimate. He definitely knew what he was talking about, didn't pressure us, seemed very honest, and although the job was labor intensive his estimate was very fair. Also liked supporting a local business and we didn't even have to go into the store. We're very happy with the carpet and the installation was done exactly the way we wanted. Joe, the project manager oversaw everything to make sure it was just how we wanted it. He and his crew were always happy to answer questions and explain the progress. Very responsive to calls or texts while work was going on. They completed two bathrooms for us- from demolition to completion- in just about three weeks. And the finished product? You could not recognize the bathrooms. We are over the moon with how they turned out and our guests are blown away. They matched what we had envisioned. Attaching some before and after pics so you can see the transformation. This included moving toilets, expanding a shower, replacing the tub with a larger one, custom materials, etc. and they still manage to do everything in a speedy, efficient way. Maybe the best part about Posh- not only did they offer a great price (their quote was better than 4 other companies who did not have nearly as good reviews), but they stood by their work! Too many times you hear of companies that ignore customers as soon as they get paid. Posh recognized some countertop was cut incorrectly before we could even view it and decided to replace it because it did not meet their standard of excellence. They even came back to our house to remove and replace a single tile because it had a mark on it we wanted removed. They care about the work they do and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough, and when we are ready to redo our kitchen, they are our first, and probably only, call.
