He was the supposed to install treks, paint the railings, install a new concrete walkway and lay down new sod. I knew something was off when DAY one he and his cronies showed up over an hour late. I had to call to inquire about his wear abouts. As the days went on, I was told there would be 2-3 guys working in my deck at a time to complete it quickly. Nope, it was just one guy, who was on his phone the whole day (I watched the footage from our camera). As time went on the deck was installed, concrete was complete, they had to install the sod as promised. Mike and his cronies installed 3/4 of the sod and then disappeared for almost two weeks. At this point he was given his money in full and just needed to get more sod, so I was very confused as to why he never came back. After I left a horrible review on Home Adviser, he called. He asked for me to change the review and they'll come back. I removed the review all together and my grass was installed. Less than a year later my deck is buckling, and the grass died. I've called and texted Mike and I was given the run around. I was told someone would come by, I was told someone would call, I was told he was in Texas for a family emergency, blah blah blah. When you try to find his contact information online, his website is down. DO NOT hire these crooks. He comes across as a good guy who knows his stuff but in reality they're crooks.
