I REGRET ever bringing this company into my home! Hired them for a premium move-in clean of a completely empty and clean apartment, expecting attention to detail and sanitation. What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! SHAME ON YOU. AVOID this company at all costs, you'll spend more time cleaning up after them than before they came! read more

Our first time using this cleaning service. Excellent service and thorough cleaning. Highly recommended. We are actually was not able to be in our apartment at the day of cleaning. We agreed with Andrey to leave the key inside the lock box and make cleaning without our presence there. I have to say the guys did a great job without any control from our side. We got pictures before and after cleaning. Our tenants told us apartment was extremely clean. We would definitely recommend to everyone! read more

I've used other cleaning services before, the issue i've had was that they were pretty lazy. they didn't TRULY clean everything down to the details that matter. ex: maybe something was wiped down but they were still marks or it was just sloppy in general. the women from luxury cleaning were incredibly sweet, and cleaned my apartment VERY WELL. this was for my move in, so the apartment was completely empty. they THOROUGHLY cleaned and if i didn't ask to end early, they would've kept going. they SCRUBBED it down, and they were incredible. i really liked them and will use luxury cleaning again. read more

I was looking for good cleaning service around my neighborhood and I found Luxury cleaning on Yelp. Andrew gave me reasonable price and scheduled me right away! I was so satisfied with service! I ordered regular cleaning and I got an amazing lady, after her my apartment was shinning! For good price you are getting high level service, everyone is so polite and professional and you can tell that they are care about their customers. I will definitely use them again and again! read more

This company did really good job for me when I first time order service from them. Andrew give me real and actual price for cleaning over the phone that means for me that he know what to do and how much it cost without any extra charges. The girls was on time and did my place truly clean and have not waste time. I honestly would recommend this cleaning company to everybody that will ask me!!! Thank you LUXURY CLEANING!!! read more

A nice, pretty young lady came to our house and prepared the whole floor for tenants very quickly and efficiently. Definayely recommend this company read more

amazing services, very professional staff attentive to my needs.....you guys rock!

I selected this business based on what I saw here on Yelp and am very satisfied with the result! Now normally the food snoot reviews food (obviously) however the essence of good food or indeed anything worth reviewing is the human energy behind the product or service. In this case I can say that my experience from scheduling to rescheduling (based on my needs) to prompt and friendly and thorough cleaning far exceeds expectations. The apartment shimmers! Thank you - I am now a loyal customer and I will repeat. Highly recommended. read more

I am so glad to have found this cleaning company! Oksana has cleaned my home since 2016 , 1x a week and absolutely love the job she does. I have a very messy husband, sometimes I leave my home feeling sorry that he's left such a big mess. She cleans with no complaints. She is simply amazing. So thankful! read more

Great job by Andriy every time! I have an apartment that I rent out now and then so I hire Luxury Cleaning a few times a month and they are very efficient and helpful every time. Andriy is very trust worthy and does a great job every time! read more

I booked an appointment and then this guy no-showed. Now it's 12pm and Saturday and I'm screwed because everyone else is booked. Thanks a lot. read more

Thank you guys for a great service. I've been using them quite some time and every time Andrew makes it easy to schedule and even change an appointment if needed ( sorry for the headache though ). Highly recommend! The best part is that they pay attention to small details read more

Yes yes yes! These guys are the business. After a bad experience with Handy, I called them, and my apartment has never looked better. At one point the lovely cleaning lady was in my tub scrubbing as if her life depended on it. Far and beyond the call of duty. Great service with a smile, and the shiniest floors I've ever seen! read more

I called Luxury last minute to see if they could accommodate a last minute cleaning, and they totally did. The owner came himself to clean the place up. He did a great job - the apartment was spotless afterwards. He mopped the floors with a real mop (unlike some of the other services on this site who use whiffers) which I really appreciated. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that I had provide most of the cleaning supplies, but you should just know that going into it. All-in-all, I would recommend this service to my friends (and now you the reader)! read more

Great service! The cleaning lady showed up right on time and was extremely quick and efficient. Did a very thorough job, especially of the kitchen and restroom. Definitely worth a try! read more

One of the best home cleaning companies out there. I booked the appointment for 9:30 in the morning and they came 10 min earlier. Very prompt and organized, super professional. They did an outstanding job cleaning my whole apartment, they left it spotless. They are my cleaning company from now on. read more

This is the best cleaning place in NYC, hands down! I live in a studio on the UES on 86th street. I've had a few bad apples here, but they still do a good enough job to where I felt my money was well spent. Overall, I get the BEST cleaning services from them. Honestly, I could not live without Luxury Cleaning. I encourage people in Manhattan to use Luxury Cleaning's services. Thanks! - Raven, East 86th Street, NY, NY 10028 read more

Luxury cleaning did a great job. They replied quickly to my request (which was on short notice), came on time with supplies, and worked diligently to help me clean my apartment for when I was moving out. They are thorough and professional and had a very fare fee. Definitely recommend them and if I was not leaving the city, would use them on an ongoing basis. read more

Fantastic work. I used them for a couple of jobs before apartment showings and they got the places to look picture perfect. Smaller than the traditional companies I'm used to work with, but definitely not lacking in quality, efficiency and service. I definitely recommend Andrii and his team. read more

I've tried a few other cleaning services with little success. These guys have been very responsive, a pleasure to deal with and the service is really solid. The cleaners are incredibly detail oriented and proactive. Other services consider stuff like a fridge clean "extra". With Luxury Cleaning it is part of the service. The work was terrific. I would recommend Luxury Cleaning highly. read more

Service was really wonderful! I needed a move out cleaning, and they really went the extra mile to make sure the place was ready for our new buyer. Would definitely recommend! read more

Wow, this high end company is the way to go. I use them to clean my office space on upper east side for many years, I changed many companies before that, everybody just keeps promising you that they will arrive on time, do a great job....but at the end it is same lies, not like Andrew, the man of his word always, not once. Our office is always cleaned and refreshed my his crew, and I am sure that we got many contracts that to his professionalism. Thank you one more time... read more

Excellent Services, trustworthy. Owner Accommodated our needs. Very customer oriented owner and team! 5 star, use them!

Reasonable prices, excellent service! I was using a woman freelance and she cancelled on me last minute for the second week in a row. I recently had back surgery and am completely helpless when it comes to cleaning my apartment. I called Luxury at 11pm on a Friday night and they actually answered! Andriy was able to get Pauline here that weekend and was accommodating on price as well. I've used her twice now and couldn't be happier. She works incredibly hard and is only concerned that I am happy with her work. I absolutely recommend! read more

I needed someone right away to handle a post-renovation cleanup. My apartment was coated in a layer of dust. Andrliy spent a solid 6 hours cleaning the dust on my stuff/furniture, on his knees cleaning the floor, and vacuuming/mopping every nook he could find. His fees are reasonable and he communicates well, calling a couple of days before to confirm the appointment. He is prompt and takes his company seriously. I plan to call him again in a couple of weeks as a follow up to this cleaning. read more

I am really happy with final result, my apartment is cleaned now, my bathroom is scrubbed, floors looks shine. I got 4 hours of cleaning, cleaning girl was really detailed. 5 stars for Mari!!! read more

Great service. Can call or text them at all hours and they can usually accommodate me for same week services. Have tried two different maids from the company and both have been great - friendly and hard working. Unfortunate they they are increasing prices by 33% - will have to look elsewhere for cleaning going forward given the steep increase. read more

I just moved in to new apartment and it was extremely filthy. My biggest concern was scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen cabinets in and out. I found luxury cleaning on yelp and gave them a try. The manager who answered my phone call recommended me the number of hours I needed to book to make it deep cleaned. It actually took about 2 min to schedule cleaning session for the next day. Nice young woman arrived and spent about 5 hours cleaning my 2 bd apartment. The result was really good. Will call them again to keep my house clean. read more

I have used Luxury Cleaning NY twice, and I am really impressed. These people know how to clean. And their rates are extremely reasonable. Andrii is a pleasure to work out, and he really cares about giving customers the experience that they hope for, so he goes above and beyond. I will definitely continue to use them and will recommend them to family and friends. read more

Had an amazing experience with this company and the woman named Irena. Besides her punctuality being on time to the second, she was very kind, considerate, and extremely hardworking and FAST. Cleaned the whole apartment in record time and definitely would love her to come back! read more

not bad. i chose the $90 dollar deep clean, and while i wouldn't say that it was DEEP, it was sufficient. and , hey it was only 90 bucks. i took my dog for a 2.5 hour walk and bonded with the pooch, instead of trying to clean up a bunch of post-repair dirt and grime. definitely worth it. read more

Used them for moving out of my old apartment and got the full security deposit back. Definitely recommend them.

I am very disappointed with the services of this company! When I got back to my place, it had not been vacuumed, properly dusted and my coffee table was just as dirty as it was before I left. I live in a studio apartment that is less than 500 square feet. I am capable of cleaning my place better than what was done. I feel like it was a waste of my money. I think the only thing she cleaned was my bathroom and kitchen. I paid for the detailed clean too! What a rip off! I would not recommend this company. read more

Amazing service! I researched other cleaning services and decided to give Luxury Cleaning a try. I spoke to Andril on the phone, and it was easy setting up an appointment including determining what our needs were and what the pricing was. The two cleaning ladies were very nice, and the cleaning was very thorough and professional. They really scrubbed everything down including the kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment now looks very close to what it was like when we first moved in! We were so impressed! It was also great to be able to support a local business based in the East Village. read more

It was a very thorough cleaning, a uniformed girl arrived on time with her own cleaning supplies. I just needed to provide my vacuum cleaner. I left her for about 3 hours and was doing some errands. When I came back the apartment smelled good, my bathroom was like brand new, sink and bath tub brilliant white and all corners cleaned. What I didn't like - my online payment failed and they had to accept my cc information over the phone but anyway I will use them again. read more

Re: Luxury Cleaning.:... If you don't mind being lied to under any and all circumstances where Andriy wants to save face and he thinks it is far preferable to lie than to tell what is going on, and that he made a mistake. If you don't mind whether your English is understood, if you don't mind the cleaning person speaking no English and Andriy not really understanding you either, the actual cleaning job can be good. The first time I was very satisfied, but then he sent over someone whose English was fluent. But she lied about things there was no need to lie about, like why she would not be returning the next time. Andriy and she both lied, the second time, about why she did not bring a vacuum cleaner. They told boldly different reasons for that. They gave boldly different reasons for why she was very late. His English over the phone was so bad I thought I would try writing in email, but I think he didn't understand much of that, either. The actual cleaning was spotless and beautiful the first time. The second time it was just OK, her heart wasn't in it. The third time he sent someone who spoke no English. I tried explaining about 4 pieces of hand carved furniture which could have nothing but a dry cloth on them, but it was clear she didn't get it. So, I called Andriy, at the point it was abundantly clear that my furniture was in danger of being treated badly, just because she understood not a word of English. He told me she "got everything", so I took him up on that and said, very well, tell me what she said I said, and he listed a whole long bunch of instructions, none of which was what I had said to her. I asked him to speak to her directly, and I told him about the pieces of furniture. He called her but then never called me back, she just went on cleaning as though there had been no exchange, so I asked her to go home immediately. He never called to translate for us. He was just interested in sounding like he was being a good businessman, which he was not. At this point, because I know his people do a pretty good job of cleaning, I would have liked him to call me with translations, or offering to send me someone new immediately, but he made no effort to secure my business and I believe I cannot trust him. I would have even been open to working with someone who spoke no English if he had told me ahead of time, and if he had offered to translate for a while. She seemed nice, but her employer was screwing her as much as he was screwing me. read more

We hired Luxury Cleaning to come and do a deep cleanse of my daughter's apartment who was directly affected by the East Village Explosion at the end of March. I can't say enough about how hard they worked - 3 workers. The windows had been destroyed that served the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Luckily nothing was broken but the soot and smell had infiltrated the apartment. Luxury came in and worked from 10 am to 5 pm cleaning the walls and ceilings with a special appliance called The Rainbow. It was amazing to see the amount of dirt that came off! The cabinets in the entire apartment were cleaned, the sofas steamed, refrigerator, stove, appliances, drawers emptied and cleaned out and put back. The bathroom, bedrooms and hallways, floors, wood floors, blinds, windows and bedrooms too. Amazing job, plus they were nice and friendly. The apartment looks and smells great. I highly recommend. And the total cost was very reasonable. Plus I liked the fact that they are located in the neighborhood, not a big chain. read more

Luxury cleaning has one of the most outstanding, professional, and above all one of the most trustworthy work ethics I have ever come across. Their cleaning of my apartment is absolutely impeccable. They leave my floors spotless and my shelves and everything around my house spotless!! With previous cleaning services that I have used I have felt the need to always remain present while they're cleaning but after the first time of using luxury I do not feel the need to be there as I feel at ease when they're in my personal space. They're very accommodating and also take direction very well. Luxury cleaning absolutely is a customer service oriented business, there has not been one time that I've been disappointed. I consistently call them 2 times a month , but my first call of the month always leaves my home impeccable and spotless so that the next visit is just a quick clean. If you're looking for the cleaning job done right, affordable prices, and peace of mind I urge you to call luxury cleaning. I absolutely love them !!!!! Thank you guys for your service! read more
