I tried out 4 different services before being saved from shoddy and unsatisfactory cleans, even with super low expectations. And I really appreciate details like the organization of the charging cords by the bed and smudge free glass tabletops - it really makes all the difference. This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

When I reached out to the business, the person I spoke to was responsive and very helpful. I was quoted $135 for the cleaning, including 2/3 bedrooms in the apartment, the kitchen, bathroom, and common spaces. I was told they could cover these areas within the 3-hour minimum. In the three hours the cleaner was there, she only cleaned the kitchen and one bedroom, leaving behind the second bedroom, common room, and bathroom. The cleaner did a good job, but I wish there was better communication about what to expect, or an option to extend the cleaning to cover the areas promised, even if it required more money. The cleaner did a good job, but the timing of it all really didn't make sense.

There was fine dust and residue everywhere, including inside cabinets and closets, along the floors and baseboards, around windows, and throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. You could tell he wasn't just rushing through the apartment -- he really took the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned. By the time he finished, the apartment looked amazing. The renovation dust was gone, everything felt fresh and spotless, and we were able to walk into a space that genuinely felt ready for us to move into. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with or felt needed to be redone. It was such a seamless and stress-free experience, especially after dealing with all the work involved in a renovation. I would absolutely book them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning or post-renovation cleaning.
