On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean). Price is reasonable and communication is easy and fast. Downright the best cleaning team I've used.

I found this company through Facebook and spoke with "Lizbeth," who told me she was 9 months pregnant and would be sending someone "just as good" in her place. I booked a 6-hour deep clean ($199) for an empty rental property. One girl arrived with very minimal cleaning supplies and was given access to the property. When I arrived near the end of the scheduled cleaning time to remit payment, it was immediately obvious that very little had actually been cleaned. The floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, surfaces were still dusty, and the bathrooms were completely untouched. She did not speak English, so I attempted to communicate using a translation app and had to point out even basic cleaning tasks, such as dusting drawers and wiping windows, yet the work remained poorly done. I texted "Lizbeth" afterward with photos documenting the condition of the unit and received no response whatsoever. Even after a second attempt days later, I was completely ghosted. I would strongly caution others before booking with this "business."
